What's the best way to approach a new PSA with regards to discussing their goals with them?

I think it's good to be open to new PSA. I do not promise much, but encouraged to see all the advantages and benefits of working. We are should not make false promises give in order to retain PSA, in my opinion it is wrong.
I think it is very important to communicate mutually, from the very beginning. Create trust. My attitude to their example can show you how to move forward.
If you do not have the goal in front of him, there is no reason to believe in success.

When we make our goal, we move out to fulfill our goal. In single word when there is will (goal) there is a way. If we don’t make any goal then we will lost our position. Nothing can stop the man with the right mental attitude from achieving his goal; nothing on earth can help with the wrong mental attitude.

A good question for all of us of SFI/business
1. Need to explain about Co-oP process before they share a Co-oP
2. It’s important to that affiliates need to become EA each month (accumulate at least 1,500 VP,s each month )to use the Co-oP tool.
3. Need to explain about the COMPENSATION Plan for all the benefits of duplication process .

best way to approach a new PSA with regards to discussing their goals with them, among others, by:

1. directly communicate with them using skype. using skype we can direct face to face with PSA and discuss what their goals.

2. immediately sent an email to all the PSA at the time they were active, and ask what their goals and provide feedback what should be their goal.

3. call their cell phone use

I think the best way to approach a new PSA with regards to discussing their goals with them to explain them the strength of motives, because as in any business, so and in the SFI it is important to have the motivation on the road to success.

I do think, when you set goals personally yourself no exist stronger motivation on the road to success.

You can approach them and seeking that warm reception, make sure that you aren't communicating nervousness. Before approaching them first relax your body language, then establish eye contact than you can smile and after you can open with a greeting. Don't forget your manners. From there you can start speaking to them about themselves and their goal in life.
