There is no hard and fast rules as far as contacting your team or downline is concerned
a good rule of the thm will be say from once a week to twice a week but remember to add some value or useful contribution or tips and not too much info all at once .
just keep it short and simple maximum 3 takeaway points per message .

We should always contact our team or downline so that they are encourage and work regularly in SFI. But if we contact again and again to our team or downline and over explain them, they feel actually bore and they feel less interest. So we should not over explain our team or downline and should not contact them so often.
Again we should not say our downline so much about us. If we do so , they may follow us and lose there creative ideas. So we should not say so much about us to our downline

Contacting your downline more than once or twice a week is too much, for they are busy trying to build their business and contacting them to often can make them feel like you are pestering them and that might make them lose interest in the SFI business.
contacting your team and staying in contact with them is very important so make sure to congratulate them when they have reached new levels.

I would say that contacting your downline or fellow team members not more than say three times a week is the way to go keeping in mind not to overload too much information in a single message .
please keep it to a single topic or subject with preferably more than 5 pointers or tips as takeaway .remember to follow up consistently too
all the best

I think the important thing is that a strong and hard-working team. Partners need to train your team to work with. Help them to teach their partners. Apply the method of replication. You are very successful, be successful and your team.
Most importantly patience. Little by little, brick by brick, together we will build the home of your dreams - your long-term business with SFI.

I personally go with a weekly newsletter and one follow-up email about the middle of the week,if necessary. The exception is if something breaks that I feel is of value to the team and really shouldn't wait.

Don't send emails just for the sake of doing it. If you don't have anything constructive to offer, you are much better off not saying anything at all.

Keep in mind that if they start receiving too many communications from you, they will just trash them without even opening

When contacting my team I follow this quotation:
"Yo se lo digo al viento, por si el viento me quiere escuchar" from Blasco Ibañez a very good Spanish writer.
In English: "I tell it to the wind, in case the wind wants to listen".
For the notice my down-line takes I may save my breath. All the same, I keep sending mails.
Maybe one day they get interested and wake up.
The funny thing is that the ones, very few, that get in contact and ask are the ones

Never rely on just one resource to bring in team members. Not all of them will work all of the time, or provide enough new team members fast enough to keep you happy.

You don't know for sure if they are going to receive your messages. You list is the difference between making money, and losing money.

The more new members you can get, the more you place yourself in a position.

Once a week of network through email is good enough. More than two times of contacting result in information overflow and not everyone welcomes this. People will think that you are pressuring them, unless they are very self motivated and your constant encouragement will help them to grow and move up the ladder at a faster pace.

Good encouragement and tips of success is more useful and people do not wish to waste time on unfruitful effort. Afterall, majority of the affiliates are focusing
