The best way to introduce yourself firstly then describe them about company ....
and tell the about Daily , Weekly actions and Launch pad lesson .
I highly recommend from the first day they should start reading the Launchpad Lessons,
i mean they should read one Launchpad Lesson a day.
Then tell them to start doing there Daily actions and the weekly actions

1. View the Tabs which are Red Highlighted on the regular basis

a) To-Do-List Tab 1 VP/day

b) Tips Tab 1 VP/day

c) Stream Tab 1 VP/day

d) Tripleclicks tab 1 VP/day

e) Scoreboard Tab 1 VP/day

f) A2A Tab 1 VP/day

g) Movers Tab 1 VP/day

h) Growith Tab 1 VP/day

total = 8 VP/day for doing the above visiting of tab.

you must visit the each tab and Click on the button called "I Have read and reviewed the Information on this page" so you get the points okay guys . cool!



i)now let's talk about ASK SC , WIN IT! Tab

Once you Click on ASK SC



then you have to Click on button which is highlighted in Green "GO"

then once you click on go it'll show you the Questions and Answer written by your SFI friends you just have to click "YES" if you're impressed with the Answer Given to the Question or else click "NO" if the Answer given to the Question is not good or it's not impressing you . Vote the first 10 answers then you'll be getting 1 VP for doing that once you complete voting for more 20 Answer by clicking Continue . then you're given one more extra chance to get Entry in the Daily Grand.



j) now it's time to click on WIN IT TAB! then click on the button "ENTER IN TODAY'S DRAWING" but make sure you complete ASK sc Tab work before moving the "WIN IT!" Tab.



k) Get your 2 VP/day for checking items on Triple clicks so this can be done automatically for you if you enter in the Hourly TCredit drawing .. left click on the batch seen on the left hand side of your SFI homepage called tripleclicks then open in new tab it'll login your Triple clicks website automatically then click on the Games Menu button then click on the button say FREE TCredits awarded every hour! click on button "Learn More & Enter To Win"



2. post a message in Stream Tab about your progress , inspirational and motivation quotes , update messages. you get you get 3 VP/week my recommendation is to post the updates which you'd love to tell the team-mates.



3.Get 5 VP/Week for checking T-connect page.



4.Get 30 VP/Weekly for sending support messages to your Downline members . PSA Mailer, CSA Mailer, or Genealogy Group Mailer.


Once they read Launch Pad Lesson on regular basis one per day then thing will get rolling easily.
Encourage them to become the E365 Finalist.

First open your ID and open ALERTS, in there you will get a welcome notice from your upline. Click that and you will get 10 Verse Points.
After that you go to TO-DO LIST and look the first para. you will get many numbers line by line. Some of them are of star marking. Click the line with star marking. Then a new page will come where there will be some information.Read the information and click the number at up of the right side of the page .Your will get Verse Points of how much the number is. Suppose the number is 100, you will get 100 Verse Points. There will be many star marking number, click all of them. So like this way you will get 500 Verse Points.
Then click all the red tips and click all the bar at the bottom.By clicking one red tips you will get one verse points each and they will become white.Every day you need to make the red tip white and get one Verse Points from each.

Get your EA status as fast as possible.

By getting to EA, it shows me that you're serious about your business. Which encourages me to place people under your business.

It also ensures that my member has a good footing with the training modules.

I also run frequent contests and give away prizes just for being EA.
If everyone could just be and stay EA, you can maximize your earnings.

The best advice your new PSA is to be persistent, work on users, it is important to have at least five members who are willing to give up their free time as you, and commit to SFI, as this is the only way to earn revenue from of the SFI.
Not the most important thing to invest because the investment will not only keep your staus to SFI and you will not earn long term.
I suggest that they immediately begin to join the new PSA, because they will work together and learn together what I told them I passed, and so together a learned.
They should not be overloaded with a lot of information at the beginning because that will quickly give up, the best step by step.

The first and best tip you can give to your PSAs is that encouraging them every time and
also helping them develop their business and them gift cards.

you can also do this by giving them some tips like telling them to sponsor some people under them and also telling them to do there daily, weekly and monthly actions and also bye giving them some tips to earn VP and you can also advice them to put the hourly drawing.

One last thing is that tell them to enter the daily grand drawing they might get a chance to win and also give your suggestions

I always love to emphasise on the multi-stream income they can earn from with SFI. I understand that different people have different strengths, expertise and preference.
