My responce to this common problem may seem a little harsh however it is honest. Before I retired from health isses I was the President of several companies. Since I was seventeen years old my grandfather repeatly would tell me . "There are two types of people in business." One is self motivated and the other is a person with a dream and no action plan. Motivation must come from withen. Motivation from positve attitude gurus and self proclaimed motivational speakers realize that their

When building a team I think we take dormant affiliates personally. It's exciting to have a new team member and very disheartening when, after their first day, they never login again or respond to any correspondence.

However how many of us, and I include myself here, have joined an opportunity looked it over and decided it was not something we were looking for and moved on?

So yes, I like you, have many dormant affiliates and it's ok that they made that choice. However, I do

Incentives. Set up a Co-op in your leadership page, Set it through s-builder and I would send out a team mailing that anyone that does X amount of points gets entered into (next months or whenever ) Co-op. I would do this for free for my team (csa included).

WHY? is the largest question I get. WHY include csa's? As a leader I lead from the front. I do not know what there sponsor is doing (nor do I care). I do care that my csa is active, They are probably not active because they do not

I believe the first thing we need to ask is were they legitimate affiliates to begin with. You know, just like I do, that there are many affiliates who joined who were never going to become full affiliates. Sometimes, we spend our resources trying to bring back affiliates that were never affiliates. So when I answer, please understand the premise from which I speak.

I was an inactive affiliate for about 4 years. I joined because I thought it was something I'd try, but it was something

hi

first of all,you must never give up on them...use your PSA mailer and CSA mailer to send out regular messages to them like your active affiliates...

you can show them that they really miss a big opportunity, you can share succes stories with them and motivate them to participate...

you can set up a contest and promise some prizes if they become active again...

you can send them your payment proof to show that SFI is a real thing that works...

and

First of all,

never give up of your downline, no matter for how long they are inactive.
Stay in touch with them with your weekly Genealogy mails, at least, in that case they will know that You and their Business are still waiting for them.

Second,
"lead by example", in this case means to show them the results which you personally made in SFI as their sponsor / leader since your beginning, also the results of some other members who already reached some goals,

The only logical and possible way is to keep sending them mails because we really can't do anything else.. We can only feed them, its upto them to swallow the food and we can't make them do it...

But what we can do is urge them to be active .. This can be done by the content of the mail you send them.. It should be much enthusiastic and must kindle a fire in them to work..

You can send them your achievements in the past months, link of latest pricebender winners and some inspiring

Hi,

What I am going to write will certainly be opposed by many, but I think that after deeper reflection you'll agree with me.

The answer to your question is: there is no such way!

The reason behind it is simple - if somebody doesn't want to do what is NOT required of them, there is no way to force the person to do it, no matter what incentives you may offer.

What is consistently taught here at SFI (and anywhere else for that matter) is that you should

That is not in our hands. One method I use to communicate with psas or csas who are not active is through sending team mail and posting in stream. Stating that I am providing a free "item", please take part by giving your email id along with the SFI id.
This way I confirm if he is reachable or not.
There is nothing we can do much with this category of people. If they happen to know about this program through some other news or from friends, they tend to come back. This will be

If you EA or above you might try and transfer them under your active affiliates, that works sometimes, also keep emailing them once or twice a week.

Also you may try giving them a gift certificate to purchase an item, this way they know how easy it is to win an auction or complete a purchase on Tripleclicks Auctions.

Thank you and good selling to you.
