Many CSAs don't receive ample support from their sponsors. This is one of the reasons SFI has created a system where each affiliate has a sponsor *and* a co-sponsor. Personally, I have heard from my co-sponsor more often than my sponsor, and have also been included in his incentive programs. I've only heard from my sponsor once, when I first joined.

I include my CSAs in all my weekly mailers, and email many of them individually as well. I do more individual communication with new affiliates that appear interested and are more likely to need "beginner" help. I do so for my PSAs, CSAs, and my entire downline. If they are successful, I am successful. Every person on my team is valuable, and I think they should all be treated equally.

I personally don't find any difference between PSA/CSA and i give advice to you and request do not find any difference between CSA/PSA. I welcome both equally in my welcome letter & gives common tips. I prefer to send group mailer to CSA/PSA both (Team mail) as follows:

After one or Two Weeks my Team mail refers about Active & non Active Affiliates. I normally try to encourage by mentioning few of our team affiliates are motivated & now active resulting in good progress towards achieving Goal & i request rest of the affiliates who are still not active to become active to help your self and so,on.
