There are many benefits to receiving non-active PSAs.

• It lets you know your sponsor is actively involved with his/her team. Any sponsor who takes the time to re-assign an affiliate of their own is certainly trying to help their downline become more involved in their SFI business.
• For affiliates who do not yet have any PSAs or CSAs, receiving re-assigned affiliates opens the door for sending weekly emails using the PSA/CSA mailer and collecting an additional 120 VeraPoints

The benefit of receiving non/active, re assigned affiliates as more than most people will see or recognise.

1. For everyone who is in the beginning of her of his SFI career,
it gives them the the opportunity to explore the genealogy system
by using it and sending emails.
learning while doing it.

2. Of coarse in that stage the extra points (30 Versa Points a week, 120 a month)
can be very necessary to reach the important marks.

I have been in SFI now for more years than I can remember with only sporadic efforts to get it working as a business. Then during last year, I made a concerted effort starting in early December logging in each day and doing the "To Do List" and now I am a Bronze Team Leader. I had no help from my upline but if I had received some encouragement then I might have got moving earlier.

Do not undervalue a dormant downline member. There might just be gold in that one if you strike

When you received PSA or CSA from your upline you will watch one thing that they are inactive affiliates in most of the cases. If so then what will be your action?

a) Be calm, quiet and keep patient first

b) Though SFI open his doors for free training, studying, reading, learning and everything but you should also sent them effective mails once a week or more to explain briefly about benefits, facilities, opportunities, compensation, commission, Versa Points, Standing Order

I see at least 2 benefits of receiving non active psa. 1st is you have to have a team of members to mail to so you can get your versa points each month for using the mailers.
2nd is it gives you a challange. Maybe all those psa's need to get active is a new point of view. If you can turn these psa's around it only makes your team stronger.

I believe that a fresh perspective from one of your downline may help or if there is a language barrier that may help. Also, it gives your downline a chance to send out mail to the non-active affiliates and maybe encourage them in ways that you may not have thought about.

I try to encourage my active downline by giving them affilates or reassigning affiliates. Just because they are not active right now does not mean they wont be active later. I have had some affiliates that were

It is to get them back into SFI, with your help. I see so many replies that only say how many points they will get from this. Maybe think about why this member wanted to leave, and change their mind. Was there a langauge barrier, and they could not understand what was being written. Or were they confused with what they needed to do. Write to them and explain what they are reguired to do to start their own profile. But also let them know what rewards will come their way.

If non active affiliate is in our downline in long time, than we can offer him another system marketing. Maybe they can work better in something else and later include their new marketing system back to SFI or/and Tripleclick.
I have done it, signed up people to another program. They worked better there but after time they begun to work on SFI again.
