Team motivation requires constant communication and reward through various venues.

Communication with:
1. Team Email, from your Movers tab (TM)
2. Genealogy page (SFI Team Mail)
3. Chat (In house chat when your affiliates are online)
4. Skype or Facebook chat to address special concerns.

I motivate my team with the following methods and rewards:
1. Monthly revolving contests for 1st tip achievements (EA2 and up)

Good question, The very best way to motivate some one else is by example. Keep in contact and show them how you do it. If you are a good example your people will try to be like you and in most cases they will try to out do you. Offer a challenge to your affilites, see what I have done, now lets see you do better.

Treat this business like a bricks and mortar business.
You are the Boss and your downline are your Customers.
Never forget to do something in your business every day just as you would if you had a storefront.

First, encourage them repeatedly to stay the course. Remind them that giving up might be easy but persistence will be worth it. Keeping in touch with them in this way will reinforce the fact that you genuinely care about their success. The other thing is that if they`re not active, they might ignore you.

Generally people who always need to be motivated from outside, never last longer than the time it takes for them to cool down from being motivated. While it is good to be a motivator to others, individuals will have to cultivate a certain amount of self motivation that drives them to do what they need to do if they are looking for results.

You will basically have three types of people in your Team.

1. Leaders : These are the people you have to work with and spend most of your time for them. They are willing to Learn and follow your suggestions. Sometime s these people become dejected due to delay in getting results. You have mentor them and try to understand their issue and help them by finding the solution. The best motivation is to convince his people to read, because without reading can not fail to be successful sponsor.Learning and reading is the mother of wisdom.
People is the hardest to read and no reward to give them would not help if you do not understand the basics and what to do in SFI.

I have been sending regular mails to my team representing the achievements of our team leaders and sponsors. Also indicating the profits they received through SFI internet marketing & tripleclick business.
