I personally do not think that an Internet-based business gives any one country any advantage over another. It all depends on the type of advertisement, the timing and most of all luck. It is said however that luck comes to the one who is more prepared and who has done the most work.
I get the most success from the U.S. because that's where my business is based and that's where I focus most of my marketing. My business is online and world wide though, so I have clients from all over the world but I am just as dedicated to them as I am those I actually target. Every single client who chooses to trust in me to provide them the services they need is an honor and I am grateful for them because they are truly what determines the course of my business and its future.

The simple answer to this question is your country. It should be the place where you live so that you can give them one-on-one training and even organize a seminar.
I tend to have my best result with English speaking countries. All my ads are in English and I use a lot of free advertising methods. Besides that, I would suggest advertising to areas with high population centers. SFI boils down to a numbers game, get it in front of enough people and you will be successful. My advertising doesn't target specific countries, so I don't watch too closely where the results come from.

Asia tops the chart, followed by America and Europe. Unfortunately African affiliates barely go past the 2nd month - perhaps their attitude towards online business success is still crystallizing! However, i believe Africa is an emerging market and soon it will be playing in the league of other business giants!
We have to consider population. The larger the population the bigger the chance of getting sucess. In this case India is the number one country.for me Indian is one of the major focus to advertise
And get many affliates. In sfi business you have to filter out the workers to work with.
So you need to go , where to find many affliates and sort out for duplication.
