I've managed to get to EA status within two days of signing up. NOW I can use this as an example, because I can tell new members EXACTLY what to do. Still, we should continue sponsoring new as many as possible. SFI requires only five to eight true, good working affiliates to succeed. But, we cann'y find these 5 to 8 persons easily. We've to search for it. Luckily, one may have these great affiliates within a small number of affiliates. And this is particularly true, if one search within his close circle, then he will have opportunity to guide them directly. But, this is not the case always, and we should be prepared for that. So, my view is that we should continue sponsoring, as well as training them. Definitely, we'll get quality afiiliates in six months or 1 year time, then the sky is the limit. Our work will be easy enough to continue. Before that, hard working is necessary.

in this case i would like to remind you of the launch pad which resembled it as the OAK tree which expand and grow multiplying. as the oak tree grow and increase by sponsoring many affiliates you are growing and duplicating and the SFI & Triple click store will grow and expand
If you have 10 active affiliates, and each affiliate has 10 active affiliate down line, by the 6 levels you would have 10 x 10 x 10 x 10 x 10 x 10 = 1 million active affiliates.

it is a very good questions.sfi affiliates recruit new affiliate.new affiliate does not understand easily .what to do? your main role is to devlop his/her business. it is his /her success that is your success also.it can be done by proper guaidance. he/she will duplicate you . it is promotion of sfi business.
I feel that working with my affiliates and helping them get started is more important than worrying about whether they are going to upgrade. Once they get started and find out more about SFI, they see the benefits for themselves and often decide to upgrade on their own. Sponsoring helps more affiliates start a business in simple way.
