This is the biggest problem for me and many people running business on the Internet.
Usually I use a lot of positivity, and a lot of emails plus chat, and making videos on Youtube.
I’ve also offered 100 dollars to any team member who achieve certain goals – EA +EA2 +minimum five people in their team.
Unfortunately there is not much action in my downline from my efforts.
Besides Team Mail, I am sending separate – one by one – emails to the members. It’s cost me a lot of time, about 5 hours average.
Recently I prepared message to the team.
It’s a little harsh, but my goal is to separate doers from non-doers.
