Just keep sending weekly messages to everyone. You never know when someone will finally decide to get involved. They just might need to see you continually sending messages to get the point that you are active in your business.
One word comes to mind on this question: "NEVER!!" Would you want someone to give up on you if you couldn't make it in SFI? No. Then never ever give up on your CSAs or PSAs who don't respond to messages or do anything. If they're still interested, they'll get their act together and get back into the swing of things. Does that help?
Most probably people who join SFI have some expectation as they are attracted by a awesome advertising page and the word FREE. This create a situation where teaching (coaching) and learning should be a sponsor suit as well as dedication to success by members. Patience is though paramount beside with overall knowledge of the system most SFI ( marketers newbies) every EA need to encourage to follow.
We should never give up on any CSA's whether they are not responding or do nothing. Persistence and patience should guide us in connecting with people since we do not know their particular situation. We should continuously send them encouraging messages. It's their decision to effort in establishing their business and we as leaders are here for encouragement and support.
I think giving up on someone is not an option. You have to talk to them until they respond because there could be valid reasons why they are not communicating back. And lets face it, our way of communicating with one another is way too distant to a point that we can only imagine that people are either on the business or not. Remember life is a struggle. Some people need something in order to get something else. And those equations are only known by them. And giving up on someone simply means you are giving up on yourself to do something good. THE KEY IS TO KEEP ON FINDING OUT AND THE ANSWER WILL EVENTUALLY COME AND THE WORLD WILL BE A BETTER PLACE FOR ALL.

Dead weight is dead weight, no matter how you look at it. Yes we all want to make money and be able to have a better life. But when you have that kind of negativity in your downline, what good does that do you??? If you answered none, you are exactly right. So when you purge the deadness in your downline, you open yourself up to that which will prosper you instead of hold you back. So there is a time and a season under the heavens for everything under the sun!!! A time reap and a time to sow...If you are not seeing production from that which refuses to move, then it is time to let go so that you can receive that which is for you. Dead weight should be let go and gotten rid of. Don't keep your dead weight around, it might cause you to become dead weight to someone else.
