Has anyone tried the paid Facebook advertising and, if so, did it work/was it was worth the cost?

I have tried the paid advertising on Facebook and to me it wasn't worth it. I do use facebook for building a contact list, and have a few pages on Facebook where I have discussions and allow people to advertise if they so choose.

A couple of years ago the paid advertising with Facebook was accepted and worked well. Now that they block SFI and TripleClicks I set up a tripleclicks Fan Page and left it open for anyone. It has been working very well in getting people to tripleclicks as well as getting many of our members to it to see what is going on with Tripleclicks and SFI.

First of all, we must understand that people coming in there to find updates from their friends, relatives..etc and honestly I was least bothered or not even noticed the ads before I joined SFI.

Even then, I tried 4 different ways of ads so far about SFI, Tripleclicks & Pricebender following the tips of Mr.Jon loomer and I must be frank that I could not make the break even and the sign ups are very low.

But I could able to increase my page "likes" for blogger page

I have not had good results with Facebook ads or fan pages. I have tried apps on fan pages that promise tons of likes and the most I ever got was about half a dozen. I wouldn't disregard it completely, but I certainly wouldn't put all my eggs in the Facebook basket.

I have not tried the paid Facebook advertising, but I have used advertising on my personal Fan page that I created.

My opinion is that most people in SFI are going at Facebook advertising the wrong way. This is a social network site and the rewards here can be gratifying if we as Associates work together and do massive results.

We should all be on Facebook and maybe have a forum and discuss things which each other..and talk about things on a social level with SFI. When our

I have not . However try these steps first as you really need a focused following too. Placing adds on their own rack of spamming. The method below is integrating what you want with what is allowed and also what your audience want to receive.

Do you have a Blogger account? Make a couple and write posts on them.

Facebook want to 'run' the blogs through their systems.
1) You open up a few Face book pages or groups under appropriate headings.
2) Place your snap

I find your not really going to be making a good investment. most of the people on facebook already know what they are going on for and i know I for one never pay attentio to ads of facebook. I would continue to post and use whatever free means such as creating a fan page and such but My opinion is dont waste your money of facebook ads.

In my opinion to start paid advertising for a beginner to IFC this rate is too, but it is the way of free advertising utiletrés effective if one regularly works, then when we see that we have a basic list is active, I see that the best way to build an ad that is with S-Builder co-op.

good luck
