I just use the flyer provided by SFI at this link: https://www.sfimg.com/Resources/ECAFlyers

It explains the program perfectly and is very professional looking. Of course if you want to send a letter instead of this flyer I think it makes it much more personal if you come up with your own letter to mail out just be sure to put it on the SFI letter head. People can when you write a sales letter yourself because it's more personal and expresses your feelings of how much you want their business.

There are sample letters you can use to send to companies but one has to be really careful because you don't want to misrepresent SFI due to your wording; I suggest you check with the SFI support team for corporate guidelines.
