Inform them by sending weekly emails to notify or tell them about the power of SFI, because most of the affiliates don't know the power of SFI System. Hence, they won't take interest. You have to send them weekly emails with friendly/attractive text to motivate them. Try to make the email brief and detail. Offer your full assistance. Even offer them rewards like Gift Certificates/Tcredits. You will get some responses. Start with Movers:
a). Share your advertising/marketing experience with them, and also let them know the importance of advertising/marketing.
b). Provide them sites you are satisfied with and getting results.
c). Initially offer them $10 Gift Certificate to use at the most selective advertising site. Instruct them in an easy way, you can even use Skype to guide them through the procedure. They will establish interest and will feel that how easy it is. And when they start getting results, it will motivate them to do more by their own.
Continue with other sleeping downline members. Don't give up. You will be amazed after some time to discover that how many of them are getting interested and responding to your messages.

It is Easier to work with people who want to succeed than to work with the ones who don't or are too scared to make a simple decision to build their businesses by advertising.
Get involved with them. Become a team. Show your excitement. Basically, in order to get them active where you want them to be, you have to lead by example. The major key to being a good leader is being a great follower. If you find that you are having fun in a particular area and or great success, share this good news. Always remember your positive attitude will attract other positive attitudes which in turn will ultimately get your entire vehicle moving in that desired positive direction. Do not show signs of stress, worry, or defeat for these will attract of course the unfavorable negative surroundings we work so hard to avoid.
And we all should always keep in mind drive hard, be persistent and your hard work will always pay off.

Also consider co-oping the co-op, ie. offer to share costs of buying a Co-Op unit with your downline and then sharing all the PSAs you generate through it with the people who shared the unit cost!
