I have many affiliates in my genealogy that haven't been active for weeks. Should I just ignore them?

Never ignore your downline, remmeber in the sif rules of success, that being a team leader is called "committment" and also this is your business so if you hire someone to work for you and you see them not working what do you do?, because that individual is part of the key to your financial succes, that person is important to you and the business, try to do your part and send them encouragement to stay focused and then either they will or they will not.

I do not think you should outright ignore them. Occasionally keep in touch but work more with the affiliates who are active and show willingness to pursue the business. Keep your mind open, these inactive affiliates may someday wake up to try their hands at SFI and may need your help. Be ready to give them your support at all times, and drop a line or two once in a while.

Absolutely not! Keep doing what you've been doing until you see results. As you send emails to your geneology and groups, you'll find that some will never respond, but that doesn't mean to give up on them. As long as they haven't given up on you by removing themselves from your list, they may eventually see that you're for real and that you're still there for them and come around. So don't give up the faith.

You should not ignore them. I would suggest (and do!) sending TEAM mail each week along with everyone. It lets them know what is going on, gives advice, and makes them feel that they matter. I also email them personally every so often to ask if I could help in any way. You never know, it might be that one email that gets them active!

I laughed when you said WEEKS. I have two BTLs in my group - one since 2001 who has been active the whole time, and one since 2003, who was dormant for so long he was downgraded to a Triple Clicks member! Recently he became active again and immediately got involved and got back to EA, and then to BTL. So just because someone has not been active for a while doesn't mean they will never be active again. People leave SFI and try other programs, only to find out that they are not what they were expecting,

NO,...never.. ever ignore any affiliate in your group, whether they have been inactive for a while or signed up and never got started. Set in your mind that every affiliate in your group is important to you.

Continue to communicate and encourage them as much as you can. You are always going to have inactive and 0 Verspoint affiliates in your group, so don't let it bother you. This is how it is.Just accept it and keep moving forward. As a sponsor, make sure that you stay in contact and

NEVER give up on someone. Always send encouragement and give hints on how to do better. Remember, only they can decide if SFI is right for them. They may give up or they may finally decide to give it a shot. You don't make that decision for them.

I send a Team Mail through the Genealogy system once a week. Various VP generation topics are explored. If You have "inactive" affiliates, You might try using the filter
method to identify common characteristics, and send a special message to this group.

Never!
The greatest feature of the genealogy report is you are able to filter and sort. I will always (include all) use my full genealogy when sending out a basic and informative mailer. One that touches base or highlights something new. As for affiliates who are not only inactive but less than responsive I apply filters. Usually once a month I will sort my team members and those who have not logged in for so long will get a mail. I have also made it a goal of mine to keep track a list of those
