First of all, be a good helpful sponsor, which will automatically result in happily rating you the excellent sponsor. Pay special attention to:
1. Communicate with downline regularly.
2. Reply quickly to their messages.
3. Guide them to get most of SFI by providing them easy step by step instructions.
4. Offer them rewards, gift certificates & TCredits to motivate & encourage them.
5. Recognize and appreciate them on their achievements.
6. Be a good example yourself

I usually do a months end newsletter suggesting things that need to be done before the end of the month and how to make the new month happen for them.

Many times if the forum with 5 days left I see many asking how to get 1500 VP before the end of the month. Some only nee 50 or 100 VP. Could you see missing your EA status by 10 VP because you failed to rate your sponsor?

Be attentive to your PSAs & CSAs, however busy you may be.
Extend every possible assistance to them in their way to success. Remind them of their goal and encourage them to earn more & more.
I always include a reminder saying "Thank You! for submitting SFI and Sponsor ratings".

I include a reminder of submitting the sponsor rating in the first team mail message of the month and include thanks for the same in the second one.
I explain them that it is the way I can know how well I am responsible towards my affiliates and also an easy way to earn 10VPs for them.
I ask them to do so as it helps in judging myself and also if there is any chance of improvement in my attitude towards them.

As a Team Leader, you should know the followings

? Sponsor rating is ranking of a sponsor's effectiveness and performance by their personally sponsored affiliates. Each month, PSAs are asked to anonymously rate their sponsors. The responses are combined to produce an average rating or score for each SFI Sponsor. Those sponsors who have garnered the best ratings to date appear in the Top Sponsor Leader board. NOTE: A minimum of FIVE ratings is required to appear on the leader board.

I started this answer earlier, and in the process thought of a better way. In the past I waited until the third or fourth week in the month to start working with my members to get their VP up. As I was writing, I realized that the best way would be to start at the first of the month doing the following:

1. Checking if they are logging in, if not send an email of encouragement.
2. If they are logging in, check their VP ledger and see how they are doing it.
3. Write them an email

I recommend just asking them to. There's no magic involved in that.
They're people just like you and we all have free will. So if they
will they will, and if they won't there's not a lot we can do to
make them. Just offer your help, and those who are serious will accept
it and those who aren't will be off already and on to the next big thing.

Someone helped me years ago by sharing this truth with me. There is only
one person you can change and that's you. Work

I communicate with my downline on a regular basis, although I do not directly tell them to submit the sponsor rating form. But for those who have not submitted, I send them a message asking, "Do they find my support useful?" If not, what kind of help do they need? I motivate them to ask anything without hesitation. I noticed many of them fill the form within a couple of days after the message, also providing a good star rating.

First and foremost, I keep communication llines open and encourage them to go to their To-Do List for any guidance they need on gaining points. I remind them during the month that they need to submit their rating for SFI and their sponsors. I show them that I appreciate them for a job well done and congratulate them for gaining whatever status they have achieved. It is always good to thank people for what they do, whether in business or otherwise.
