1. Issue a Gift Certificate to them.

Turning a Tripleclicks member into a buyer is the same as for any other potential customer. If you see a product that you can testify as to it's benefits, then let others know about it. If you have clout, can communicate a sense of power or influence, then potential customers will be driven to buy the product.
The best way to motivate TC members to become buyers, is for you to let them that there are a lot of products you can see at Triple clicks, it is about 55,000 lists of products you can find just click on all departments to see what specific products they are looking for. No hassle they can just order it using credit or pay pal (debit) account. In case of returns they can complain and it will then be replace for their satisfaction.
I believe you must do your homework! Everyday check new listings and be familiar with the products being sold. When something appears to be a deal to you, advertise it. (See Craiglist suggestions for advertising for free in ASK SC.) This day and age people are less likely to spend more for any product just because it is on Tripleclicks so entice them with the ECA that price their products at a reasonable cost.
The best way to motivate TC Members is to offer them Gift Certificates occasionally.

Promote useful SFI/ECA products in a way and time period which should not upset them.
