Offer them a bribe ? I'm joking of course. In My experience, those Who will respond, will respond with some sort of action. Most seem to be looking for specific instruction.
Some seem to think there's a secret involved. True honesty seems to be quite foreign to
many. So, when You write to them, bear these probable elements in mind.

The most efficient way to get your PSAs and CSAs to answer you is to HAVE MORE OF THEM!
when I had only 5 people no one answered. This month I have 500 new PSAS nad CSAs, they e-mail me, send me messages, open chat, even call me. Of course only small percentage of them, but that is what we need, right?

I believe all communication should be on a encouragement level despite time range. If you write positive actions and direct the actions to their homepage, the do's, the launchpad, the daily actions, and the TripleClick weekly, some will reply. I let them know that some SFI reading and training is standard biz training for SFI and any other biz. Also, they should complete their Profile with a picture. I have to know their needs and wants if I am going to assist them in growing their SFI biz. I encourage

A good SPONSOR appears to do nothing. It doesn't say that a good sponsor does nothing. However it implies that, especially when sponsoring a team, a sponsor should never make the mistake of jumping in too fast and doing the team's work for them. Make sure that the team process has a chance! Otherwise you the SPONSOR control all communication and group processes, with the result that team patterns remain undetected.

Some times we can assume no one reads the messages, some times it could be in a spam box, not found, it is good to still send the messages because when the person decides to log in to there SFI, the inbox will flash alerting them to read messages, once they read them, it can still motivate those people to stick with SFI it does not mean that there not replying back, they do not care, some times some people just read them and do not like writing anything back, yet if you send anything out to those

I have found that I am patient and when I write my PSA's and CSA's I just remind them how great SFI is as a company and to be patient. Things turn around it just takes time and if you are patient and determined you will make it. I have some that was way below on their Versa Points and now they are working hard to get ahead.
