1. First off you want to welcome them to the Number 1 MLM company world wide and that they will not find any other business out there like SFI trust me on that I have been in SFI for over 13 years and was in 2 other ones before SFI even started. tell them SFI hasn't even scrach the ground yet with there is over 158+ Billion people in this world.

2. Then tell them they need to do all there daily, weekly, monthly, and 1 time task as fast as they can so they get there fitst month EA free

In a tutorial/training, the following points must be covered: 1.Short introduction about SFI and his/her role in SFI. 2.Brief discussion about the VP and benefits chart. 3.Completion of "TO-DO LIST" and "LAUNCHPADS". 4.Brief discussion regarding sponsoring. 5.Telling them to be always above the e365 "GREEN LINE" and also enroll in the "DAILY GRAND". for my new affiliates, I welcome them and congratulate them for being part of SFI, Introduce myself as their sponsor.
- I told them about TO-DO-LIST and the VP they need.
- I ask them to read and read because all the training is there for them.
- I offered my availibility to them to answer any question they have.

I make sure that I sent a welcome letter to all my new affiliates. In the same letter I mention about the importance of Versa Points and how to get it easily through reviewing TO DO list on a daily basis. Also about Triple Clicks, Auctions etc. Once in a week I sent a common mail to everybody how to achieve the target, and to market; a kind of Tutorial.
