Check under marketing in your SFI account the methods of sponsoring, and select the banner(s) you want to place in your blog. Make sure the banner you choose has got your SFI id. Copy the HTML code for that banner then go yo your blog, select the content box for adding new item or text.On this page you will find the 'HTML' format for your content, paste and then set your preferred settings.

You can obtain the HTML code for SFI banners here: https://www.sfimg.com/Resources/Marketing/StandardSponsoringAids

On Blogger you can click on the "Layout" tab, and on Wordpress you go to "appearance" and then

You have to get access to the HTML code of Your Blog.
Depending on who are the providers of the
site, this could be an easy thing or a complicated thing.
