All depends how your Sponsor and Co-sponsor communicating with you.

If they are actively communicating with you then you just need to carefully act and reciprocate to their communication.

If they are not that actively communicating with you then you need to list out areas or training aspects and communicate with them on regular (weekly basis). Since they have travelled the path of success they can tell you how can you achieve the same success.

P.S: You should always

Many affiliate programs have a form of sponsorship but SFI is really best by far in their systems of sponsorship. They provide two immediate sponsors in the Sponsor and Co-sponsor but in reality there are many more to be seen daily in the Forum and ASK SC sections. I have found that with the stream I have good number of updates and I know I can at any time send a message on a particular topic and get response quickly.

How often do I do this? Whenever I need. But just like the way we are

Your Sponsor and Co-Sponsor are always ready to help you because really when they help you they are helping themselves to have a successful affiliate in their team.

So they should be contacting you at least once a week checking on you and how you are advancing on your learning curve and depending on your achievements also when you mss something on your To-Do-List.

You should make yourself also available to them by white listing their emails and letting them know you need their

Hi!

Let them know that you are serious about this business and that you would like to stay in touch so that they could help you and assist you in any way that is good for the growth of your business here. How often you communicate, depends on how much you understand SFI and marketing businesses your self.

Sponsor is usually more important then co-sponsor, but if you have a sponsor that is not really active and doesn't communicate with you, you can always turn to your co-sponsor

There is, of course, no one right answer. The more you communicate with your upline, the better you get to know them, and the more freely you'll communicate with them, and they with you. Your sponsors are a chain of command, like any other, and are responsible for supporting you as you take initiative to get ahead with SFI; for answering your questions; for giving you correct and verifiable information.

As often as you have a question, recommendation or simply commendation, communicate.

I think that you MUST be self proactive in learning SFI. In that case you DO NOT need sponsor or co-sponsor, and if are they lousy leaders you can compensate it easily, as SFI system itself is GREAT sponsor in a sense of supporting and trainings.
Acctually, SFI have the most responsive and supporting community I have ever met in any venture I have been in. So you can get any help practicaly just around the corner.

So, I think that is MORE important to become yourself THE BEST

The question itself is unique, there were questions on communicating with down line, I thank u for the question.

In my opinion, if your sponsor is in same city as you are and reachable through phone call, then we can contact them at least once a week, so that we can plan about new signups, our down line members progress etc.
But if it is through mail, then we can set up as fortnightly so that we can review our progress, new things about advertisement etc. But ideally a communication

The obvious answer is "regularly". Which then poses the question of what regularly means.

Make communication to the point. Perhaps you are asking questions and that is good, but is it a question that has been answered elsewhere?

Do not bombard them with emails, but allow them to reply and answer your points. Treat it like a conversation.

Is your sponsor an A2A friend? Do you communicate outside SFI on something like Facebook, as many affiliates do?

If
