Hello,

It is very interesting question.

Personally, I’ve already done that several times, because I think that it is a good idea.
First, it helps you to build your team; and second it additionally motivates your active PSA’s.
I’ve choose to reassign mostly less active PSA’s to PSA’s which are very active.
These reassignments were done between PSA’s from the same country; because I believe that inactive PSA’s will have benefit if their new sponsor

Strangely enough, I thought of doing this before I'd read your question or seen it asked anywhere else, and I decided it was a great idea.

Of course, it doesn't have to be the same country although that might make things easier if you're thinking about TripleClicks. It could just be someone who speaks the same language. For example, if I have one EA2 from France and a PSA from Cote d'Ivoire, they're obviously not the same country but they almost certainly speak the same language, French.

Hi Marjorie,

I think it is a good idea to a good idea to reassign your PSAs to someone in their own country especially if Language barrier is the issue.
Why hang on to them when because of the issue above, you cannot sponsor them to their full potential? Moreover there are benefits for you when you perform this action. There is the 5VP you are awarded and since you can only reassign PSAs to another PSA in your team, you stand better chances of building a stronger downline.

SFI is based on connections with people and having down line team members together in the same country provides direct team support. If you are in a position to reassign PSA's to someone in heir own country then connections will most likely be strong and team work will more than likely be strong too.

Being in the same country enables team members to share ideas meanwhile fully understand each other as they will have the same language, similar experiences that are in that country, and a

It's a brilliant idea!
It sure is a great incentive to your downline, especially if they are active affiliates. Being from the same country, they can better communicate generating an accelerated growth of YOUR TEAM. You will still get profit on the affiliate and will be encouraging both the affiliate who received a PSA and the PSA itself that was assigned, who may receive better instructions to move on and learn faster, and most of all'll be giving a great example that can be followed in the

Yes, it is a good idea to re-assign your affiliates to PSA's in their own countries.
Reasons being, that they understand the language, the culture, the norms, what is acceptable and what is not.
Each country, region, district has it's own characteristics, and who better to understand this than people from the same country.

You cannot not lose, as these people become your 2nd generation affiliates. They remain part of your Team. You are fostering an attitude of duplication in

This is a good question. In a lot of cases I would say yes. For instance, I have a CSA in my downline that is from a country that speaks Spanish. I am from a different country but I also speak Spanish. His Sponsor does not speak Spanish and he appeared to be unresponsive. As his co-sponsor, I reached out to him through email in Spanish to see if this will help him along. Google Translate can help but is not always very accurate and sometimes people say they speak English but it may not be their

It will be definitely a good idea to reassign your PSA to your DESERVING downline in their own country, especially if you have a language barrier.

According to my experience, many PSA's from non-English speaking countries quit because they are not able to communicate with their sponsor when they need some help.

But make sure you re-assign your PSA's only to a deserving downline or as a part of some promotion. Don't give out free gifts.

Cheers!

Yes you can do so, as long as you understand their language and you can communicate with them to share some of your knowledge of how he will succeed in SFI.

It depends on you as to where and whom you reassigned your PSA. The best thing is when she needs your help you can help him/her to the best you can in order to maintain his knowledge of the business she have started.

Tell your PSA that the reason you reassigned her to someone does not mean that you don't like her under

It's a great idea. Communication is key to success and if you have someone in your team who can communicate better with them you not only help that person but you strengthen your team as well with in the end helps you tremendously.

It's important to be a team player in SFI. There might be some lone rangers that have massive amounts of money to pour into advertising and bring people in on a jet. But most of us don't have that luxury and so communicating with our team helps strengthen them
