I don’t know how much your budget is, but there are a number of things you need to spend
your money to build your business.

Your first priority in my opinion is to have an EA qualifying 1500 Versa Points. Most affiliates
will advice you to have a standing order of 125 pack Tcredis because of it’s reasonable price
$36.25 a month, while this is a great price it is not also a one size fits matter.

If you have no use for that you can purchase or have a standing order of your choice of
products that gives you 1500 Versa Points, it could be one item if we have one beside 125
pack or a combination of collective products. The main thing is to get what you need and can
use also what’s beneficial to you the most.

The big advantage having the Tcredits pack is you can you it for number of different things, like rewarding your PSA’s and CSA’s for a well done job, Budding on Auctions, playing games, Downloading music as well as using it to pay when you buy products.

After your EA qualifying your 1500 Versa Points you need to build your team, in that case it is
should be put in consideration having an S Builder standing order or PSA to Go to acquire

Yes, establishing yourself as an EA2 by having a Standing Order is important, so are able to share in the executive pool, but for long term success you need a steady flow of both PSAs and PRMs.

You can buy PSAs, win them in auctions, or find them yourself. If you are doing your promotion well, and generating some excitement through your ads or presentations, you will probably find that the ones you find yourself are more active, and therefore more rewarding. And with a good team of active PSAs, you will soon find you are earning more matching VP from their efforts than you can possibly earn from your own efforts.

You will need to find the PRMs yourself. With active PRMs you will earn more money, which will both encourage and enable you to grow your business faster. Paying customers are the lifeblood of this business.

When operating an on-line home based business (or any business for that matter) you will need to have a working budget to cover the different expenses you will have in maintaining that business.

The budget you make will depend on the amount of “investment” capital you have to use and the level of profit that your business is currently at. What you will be looking for is the ROI (Return On Investment). Is your return on investment going to come about in the “long run” or will it be a quick return?

All business ventures depend heavily on advertising to grow and develop into a profitable business. So I would simply say that you need to adjust your budget accordingly.

Out of the budget that I allow for my SFI and TripleClicks business I take about 60% of it and use it on advertising in many different forms – which also includes purchasing some new PSAs (Personally Sponsored Affiliates) and for acquiring PRMs (Personally Referred Members)

The reason I place most of my budget on advertising for PSAs and PRMs is simply because that is where the money is made in SFI and TripleClicks.

The rest of my budget is used for support of my team members and personal products and services from TripleClicks.

Do not make the mistake of not forming a budget that you can work with. Without a budget you will end up short on finances when you need it the most.

Put most of you investing into products and services that will bring you a good ROI and you can’t go wrong.

In brief, I would say - spend the most of your money on Duplication.

This is what I try to do and I recommend you do the same. Why? Because “Duplication = Compensation” (money). Surely you would have seen this formula in the Leadership Challenge blog!

SFI recognises that growing our teams and getting our team members to duplicate our efforts is the best way of growing our businesses. It’s the best way of ensuring we make money. That is why the leadership challenge is there, to encourage members to practise duplication.

I would recommend that you spend the bulk of your efforts and most of your budget on as many activities, as you are able to, that go towards duplication:

a) Recruiting Affiliates. - Purchasing advertising, running recruiting coops, purchasing PSAs from TC, establishing and maintaining websites, blogs etc... \

b) Sponsoring Affiliates. - Being a good role model & participating in all SFI/TC activities- leading by example, setting up a Standing Order and qualifying for EA early in the month, running team contests, providing incentives, encouraging and rewarding active team members with gift certificates, reassignments etc...

c) You can also advertise TC products. Any purchases by you PRMs will not only give you VPs and MRPs but will also provided more funds in the form of commission to help you fund your recruiting and sponsoring efforts.

How much money you allocate to each area is your decision of course but that is how I would work out my budget, with most of the money allocated to duplication activities.

Knowing what your SFI business budget is, would help to provide a more definitive answer. However, as your question reads, you are just asking on what you should spend the most. But this would also depend on your goal(s) with your SFI business.

If you are wanting to build a big team within SFI, then the front runner to your budget would need to be spending the most on advertising, promoting the opportunity, and/or prospecting. The great thing readily available to you in this area is the SFI PSA program. Also, some of the ECAs provide advertising for PSA sign-ups. The ones I have tried have proven to be more productive than “cold” advertising or sending advertising out to unknown target markets.

When you try any paid advertising, you need to test it with a small amount of money first to see if will provide you with what you are looking for. Make sure to do your research on the advertising and even ask questions of the promoter or with the advertising program support. Remember to track where the sign-ups are coming from if you are advertising in more than one place. The majority of any paid advertising will not guarantee any sales. They may guarantee sign-ups but again, from my experience, those sign-ups are getting paid by a third source to register with a program but rarely ever participate.

You have probably heard that building a business is a numbers game. The more advertising you do, the more people you sign-up, the greater the chance of finding that “Diamond” in the rough amongst the many prospects.

Bottom line, I believe you should invest the most on building your team. I personally think that would help you in the long run. Then you can reevaluate your budget as your team grows.

My SFI budget isn't divided into where I spend more, or less.

Maintaining EA status with SO comes first. Do that in your first 10 days and you receive Gold Fast Track. Purchase 125 TCredits to achieve this. It has 1500VP and you have the necessities to keep all tabs green daily for a month.

Next is Team Building. You have options: find them yourself, invest in the Sbuilder and/or the PSAs to Go.

The other ultimately important activity is purchasing from TripleClicks. It's your store. Go there first for your needs: business, personal, or play (Eager Zebra games and penny auctions). It will help you advertise TripleClicks and give you PRMs.

Personally my favorites are the T-shirts, ball cap, gift cards, and X-cards. I use the 125 TCredits, and will be adding the Sbuilder later.

You don't need to do all of this all at once. Start with one and keep building up. Consider taking on a job to pay for it until you've worked your way up to SFI: full time with a full time income.

For my SFI business budget, on what should I spend the most?

To answer this question we must understand the SFI system. To succeed in SFI we should be following The Plan (see: - https://www.sfimg.com/the_plan).

We also need to understand how SFI works. We need to understand the Compensation Plan (see: - https://www.sfimg.com/Reference/CompPlan), the benefits of Rank (see: - https://www.sfimg.com/Reference/ComparisonChart) and the rules around how we earn and are paid our commissions

From this we can develop a strategy that will maximize our benefits depending on where we are at the moment in The Plan and what our goals are.

So, based on the above how should we spend our budget?

Central to our success in SFI we must obtain and retain the rank of Executive Affiliate (EA) each month.

Failure to do so means that we loose all our benefits, so the first thing our SFI budget should do is ensure we are EA2 each month. To do this we need to earn 1,500 VersaPoints (VP) each month.

There are a lot of ways to do this through a combination or sales/purchases and earning action VP
(see your To-Do List: - https://www.sfimg.com/Home?tab=to-do_list)

But here are two easy ways to do this: -

1. To just make EA on a small budget of $29.00 per month purchase one pack of 100 TCredits (earn 1,200 VP) and do the daily, weekly and monthly actions. That will easily earn you over 1,500 VP each month.

Note: Always purchase TCredits in packs of at least 100 TCredits. This is the cheapest way to purchase TCredits.

Can’t afford $29.00 per month? Yes, you can, it is less than the cost of a cup of coffee, tea or hot chocolate per day. So, drink at home or drink water and invest your savings in your SFI business.

2. But as soon as you can afford to, spend $36.25 and purchase one pack of 125 TCredits (earns 1,500 VP) each month. Hence you are EA2.

Do this with a Standing Order (SO) and you earn an extra 100 VP each month, which together with the daily, weekly and monthly actions gets you well on your way to becoming a Bronze Team Leader (BTL).

Next your success in SFI depends on building a strong team of PSAs, CSAs and PRMs. So once you have secured your EA2 rank this is where you need to spend your SFI budget.

Again there are a lot of ways to grow your team. Some of these ways won’t cost you anything: - such as your “warm market” (family, friends, workmates social media and email contact etc) and free advertising opportunities (community and church notice boards etc). Please don’t neglect these.

But SFI is an international business and to take full advantage of the opportunities this offers to grow our own strong international SFI business we do need to invest in an advertising budget.

What are my priorities? This is what I do: -

1. I invest in one unit of S-Builder each month. This costs $22.00 per month on a SO and will give you a small but steady stream of PSAs and PRMs

2. Then I purchase PSAs from ECAs in TripleClicks. It’s important to realize that SFI is a “numbers game”. We never know whether a prospect who joins our team will stay and become a “Diamond”. In my experience (from all sources) the retention rate is less than 1%. (I’m continually trying new ways to increase this but I haven’t found any full proof methods yet.) So on this basis, cost per recruit is paramount.

I purchase my PSAs from ECAs that offer the cheapest cost per affiliate. Currently this is $1.00 each but sometimes there are specials where the cost drops to $0.67 each. And I also purchase my PSAs with MRP when possible – these are essentially free.

3. Pricebender Auctions (PB) is another way to purchase PSAs and CSAs cheaply, if you win. This takes patience, skill, a calm head and a bit of luck.

One thing I do each day is earn 20 VP and hence receive an extra entry in the Daily Grand. 11 VP are earned each day from free To-Do List actions and I make up the remaining 9 VP needed by bidding on PA (and playing EZ games).

While EA2 is the initial rank to obtain becoming s Team Leader provides even greater benefits. Personally I strive to be at least a BTL each month.
As a serious SFI businessman wishing to advance to Diamond Team Leader (DTL) as soon as possible my SFI budget includes as a priority the purchase of two 125 packs of TCredits each month. This guarantees me the rank of BTL each month (provided I have one EA2 in my team, which I do). And it also provides me with a “spring board” to higher TL rank, such as STL.

Hence this is a budget commitment of $72.50 per month (still less than 2 coffees a day).

S-Builder is another $22.00 per month.

50 PSAs through an ECA is another $50.00 per month.

Total monthly budget $142.50, which of course is reduced by the commissions I earn each month – I reinvest these back into my SFI business.

To be honest with you at the moment this is my SFI budget each month.

But my dream is bigger than this. As I can afford to I will be increasing my SFI budget to include $50.00 per month on local advertising and product advertising.

Also please don’t forget the opportunities for transfer buying. This is something I try to do as much as possible. This is not really a part of my SFI budget but it does have an impact on my commissions and hence is a very important part of my SFI business and it is one area I am striving to grow.

Summary:
Spend you SFI budget first on TCredits to ensure your EA2 and TL rank (which ever is appropriate for you).
Spend next on growing your team using S-Builder, ECA PSA purchases and PB auctions.
Then spend what you can afford on local and product advertising.
Finally use transfer buying through TripleClicks.
