If your CSAs already have a great sponsor, you can send them a message from time to time, asking is everythig ok, do they need your help, etc. but not too often since they may think of you as boring.
You need to monitor their actions and work constantly and if you see they are in crisis (missing VP by the end of the month, inactive.. ) then you step in. If they don't reply the first time, they probably never will.
I have a really great sponsor but my Co-sponsor is also awesome, he saw I was in trouble an helped me as much as he could. He sends me one or two messages montly and I think that he is doing a great job.

No doubt that you are earning less commission from your CSAs than your PSAs but for some unknown factor or perhaps these CSAs have good TLs who motivate them knowing their potentials. So get the benefit of earning from them for every three CSAs X 15% = 45% which is the amount you earn from one PSAs. So you must study your Genealogy chart of the earning capacity of the CSAs & write a letter to each of those who are earning high amounts of VPs. Their TLs should not have any qualm about t as they are also benefiting from it!

Thank you for your question because it is not one that I have seen before but if we are team leaders, it is one that has to be considered. I learned to be a good sponsor by following the example of my sponsor but the only communication that I have had with my co-sponsor is her stream posts. I don't receive her newsletters. Because I have a fantastic sponsor, I haven't needed her help so I haven't contacted her.
I do send my CSAS a welcome message that includes my contact information and I do send them my weekly newsletters. If I receive a message from them, I reply promptly. I do want to help but I don't want to seem pushy. You are right in saying that it is a fine line but I don't want my CSAS to fall through a crack in that line and not receive the help and encouragement that they deserve.

The best approach would be to contact their sponsor and see if you can find out what he/she does for that CSA. Introduce yourself and ask if there is anything you can help with to make sure that the CSA gets the maximum help for being successful. You can find out who the sponsor is by clicking on the profile of the CSA.
If you cannot get in touch with the sponsor, you could contact the CSA directly and ask what level of involvement their sponsor has and then ask what you can do to help. Other than that, just treat the team communication (Weekly mail, stream posts, etc) for the CSAs as if they were part of your own team because in a realistic way, they are part of your team.

I do not understand what you mean to cross the border to those who have a big sponsor ....? Surely you do well when you are learning and reading lessons and collaborate with your sponsor.
