As a Designated Diamond is already an affiliate and were welcomed by you you only need to send him/her a Teammail / ECard / email to congratulate him/her for choosing to join those who want to get to the top. Be excited and give them a small tip on some aspect they are missing out on.
I invited an affiliate that login regularly, but on odd occasions and appears to working erratically. He accepted my invite about all odds. I remember how I battled to realize the first month that I had to click the BLUE blocks to get my Versapoints. So I send him a TIP Ecard and Teammail (for just in case) explaining how to get those Versapoints registered.

I see that they may be divided into 2 groups.
One is a totally new affiliates and the other can be call as our longtime affiliate who have been with us for few months or years.
Welcome letter should be filled with nice congratulations words as to start the conversation.
As we go further to the content, it should be a motivating and commitment of a Teamwork process. As a sponsor who is ready to answer any doubts or solves an idea or strategies to help them going through their Team Leading progress..
SFI has done a big part communicating and share ideas.
We on the other part, should build a more strong team relation through a more wise communication.

The Designated Diamonds (DD) program is directly aligned with THE PLAN–which prescribes identifying five serious PSAs and working together towards the mutual goal of becoming a Diamond Team Leader.
What the new DD program does is formalize this process by providing you a method to officially designate select PSAs as the persons you’re going to work the closest with.
Here’s how it works: Check the number of invites allocated to you.
Up to 10 invitations may be issued if you are an EA2
Up to 12 invitations may be issued if you are a BTL
Up to 14 invitations may be issued if you are a STL
Up to 16 invitations may be issued if you are a GTL
Up to 20 invitations may be issued if you are a PTL
The invitations will come to your chosen recipients as a special email from SFI Corporate and will direct the recipient to a special new DD Invitation page. This page includes your photo and full information on what the requirements and commitments are for agreeing to be one of your DDs.

It's a very good question. First of all I would like to welcome DD as his or her hard work and patience to build up a team and stay with the business for long time . He or she has seen the hard time in SFI to reach DD. They are already a leader, goal oriented and they always focus on goal .
When they reach STL then GTL and then PTL. At last they will reach DTL.
So their ultimate goal to reach DTL and thats all. This needs may be 5 years to do it.
They never give up and always they have winning attitude.
We welcome from our heart to be DTL and they will produce another DTL after they become DTL.
My goal would be to ensure that my designated diamond has a plan in place with options so they are practically guaranteed to keep their status

Your question' "How do I welcome a new Designated Diamond and what should I say?" at first puzzled me because you issued the invitation for this person to become a Designated Diamond. The the light went on over my head ( just like in a cartoon ) and I think I realized the purpose of the question. You want to acknowledge the difference of your PSA'S status. I think that you should congratulate your new Designated Diamond and share with them your thoughts on what needs to be done to accomplish your common goal. Ask them how you can help them achieve the next step and let them know that you are willing provide the extra help, support and encouragement that they will need. Thank them for accepting your invitation and give them the reasons that you selected them to become a Diamond.

Hi. There are many options that you can choose when greeting your PSAs, CSAs or new Designated Diamonds. For example, if you really don't have any idea about what to say to your new designated diamond, I suggest you to use other tools like e-card. You can directly mail your preferred e-card to your new designated diamond and simply type down something like "congratulations! and wish we can co-operate successfully", or "Welcome, and wish you have a bright future here."
