What can/should I do differently in 2016 to see that my affiliates become active in SFI?

The basis is a good choice branches, according to their characteristics, possibilities and accessibility to communicate with you.
If you do not communicate, they are not the right ones for you. And it makes no sense to them linger.
Branches can choose for long-term cooperation, a long-standing and when they manifest themselves immediately at the beginning irresponsibly, it would certainly not fulfilling its obligation to meet let alone that it should be EA and EA2 etc ... every month.

Wow! This is THE Question.

I will be blunt. I think there is nobody here in SFI capable to offer a reasonable answer for this question.

The most common advice would be to accept that SFI is a number game so you have to enrol as many affiliates as you can and then to accept that less than 1% will be active.
But this is not a reasonable answer for THE Question, it's only the wisdom to accept what is out of your control.

I understand that you are looking for strategies to have affiliates become active in SFI for 2016 - this is an excellent question and I can not help but consider the first step to an active team is having an active leader.

You stated that you wanted to do things differently in order to see the change. In order to see the change or outcome that you hope to have, you will need to consider what you have done for the past 6 months and see what has been value added to your team members and
