Sending periodic congratulatory messages is one way. SFI has designed a number of E-Cards you can choose from for this purpose.
Gift certificates are another way of showing your appreciation.
Reassigning PSAs is another effective way especially if you reassign EA2 PSA as they can help your active PSA grow their own team faster and start earning faster too.
Showing appreciation might be in a way of Gift Certificates, give a reasonable amount as gift to them, nobody will say no to a Gift. Also you can take it further by giving them TCredits, as we all know that TCredit is valuable to our SFI business. You can also show appreciation by Reassigning affiliates to those that does not have PSAs under them, this will go a long way to build their confidence in you and in a way, you are building a strong team for yourself.

to show your appreciation for the efforts of your downline most active affiliates you can :
1- reassing affiliats to them
2- give them Tcredits gifts by transfer Tcredits to their tripleclikcs accounts
3- Give them gift certificat " from 5$ to 20$ "
My appreciations towards the efforts of most active affiliate that he will be congratulations! Then I will suggest to continue the same motive & time management to make SFI as a routine activity and only then he will be the true Team Leader to lead other affiliates.
To accelerate some T Credits wll be offered for becoming EA2 within 2 months.time.
I will offer him to communicate like a friend with any type of queries to be highlighted among the SFI Community.He will be advised to maintain good rapo of communication with the fellow affiliates.

It is a joy. Certainly praise, praise and thank and motivate. It can not be stopped at a stop striving and defending his post, he still wants to proceed to higher and higher place. This is a big pile of work and is not and is not self-evident. Everything has its continuity. The most important thing is to build its strong and reliable, responsible team!And we follow the most successful and duplicate. Learn from the best forward.

The best ways to show appreciation to your CSAS, PSAS and/or PRMS if you have some from your island or country:
you can take them to lunch or dinner if you have any monies.
Invite them to parties where they can try to get their own probable PSAS. PRMS or CSAS.
Online you can give them tcredits, gift certificates, tcurrency other rewards from the member center.
The best way is to give daily encouragement and kudos when they do well never forget that it sweetens the pot.
The best gesture of appreciation whether in
business ,or to your nearest and dearest , or in other personal relationships - must come deep from your heart -or from your belly-as in biblical times.
It isn't measured by monetary or other material objects.
Rather be led by your heart, as prompted by youryour mind.
