One way to minimize or prevent information overload is to have our new affiliates read one article per day. It may not sound like much, but it's enough to keep a mental burnout from occuring. By just reading one article per day, or a week for slower learners, it'll give new affiliates plenty of time to process the information they've just read and let it marinate in their heads.

Ask what help affiliates need, but don't overwhelm with endless emails. Point them to the appropriate places on the SFI web site where information may be found about their concerns. If they need further clarification, then help them to understand.

The best way to guide affiliates is to teach them to be proactive and have self-motivation right from the beginning.

First we have to start out from the get go to be as considerfully to them as we can possible be and try to give them something to grow with and also our best attitude and be able to answer any questions that they may come up with and be patient with them because they are new to your team and they may also be an asset to you once you give them all they need to know along with some really good training from you personally!....

Take one step at a time. The affiliate is your baby and must be treated like one.

Start off with the launchpads and daily to do list. Whilst on that give an sight of the duplication process. After a week get them acquainted with the duplication process. And then all the other tasks will follow.

Hello! This is a very good question. You must have a plan. All tasks you must divide on few days. And then day by day you tell them what to do. First registration and daily tasks, then weekly, fast track program. When they learn that you tell them about the blog and advertising,etc... When someone join SFI all is new and you must go slow.
Sincere regards and I hope I helped.

In the beginning of any new adventure like starting with SFI can be overwhelming. But I default to the professional way that the system is designed. What you can do is to make yourself available to answer any questions that might arise and encourage them to follow the plan that has aleady proven to be successful

The initial problem that new affiliates face is that when they get registered there are much incentives put across them such as to obtain 500 Versa points within twenty four hours in order to obtain a bonus 200 versa points. Then it is to obtain 1,500 versa points to become an Executive Affiliate. So if the new affiliate is progressive , he or she will do the 30 Launchpad lessons in one day to obtain 225 versa points.
So this system is not good at all as the affiliate will be like a robot

Information overload for certain can easily lead one to feel overwhelmed and can be paralyzing too!,The best remedy could be to ask / guide new affiliates to understand that it is very important to take one step at a time and firmly discourage the tendency to want to know, or grasp everything in a day.
