It is an interesting question.
There is no limit at all for contacting your CSAs. You can always contact your CSAs through any medium – i.e by person, Social Sites, e-mail, internet chat or phone. You don’t want to differentiate your CSAs from PSAs. Both are your Team Members. In whatever way you are contacting your PSAs, follow the same manner with your CSAs also. In my opinion, you can contact your CSAs in following manner:
1. When SFI notify your CSAs, first you send them a Personal Congratulatory Note.
2. After that, send a detailed letter mentioning the Tips and Points to be followed by them.
3. A warm welcome and your personalized letter will do great and always offer your valued advice and help as and when required. The second most important communication is to contact your CSAs through Social sites – like FB, Pinterest, Twitter, Linkedin or Skype. On FB and Skype, you can chat freely and free of cost. Daily contact will increase your personal attachment with them and you can solve their problems immediately. It is my suggestion that you invite your CSAs on FB, Twitter, Skype etc. and stay with them every day, if possible.
4. For further continuous contact is up to you. If you get valuable responses from the CSAs , then you can keep the relationship in an established manner and write individual emails, Personal messages and send E-cards etc. on their accomplishment and leadership attainment.
Otherwise, you can contact them through CSA Mailer and motivate them every possible way, since their achievement is also positively affect your Grade and Compensation. And through Stream Post also you can motivate your CSAs. You must always keep in mind that your every affiliate should be succeeded and then only your status and compensation will be reached at the top.
