The difference between TCredit and TCurrency. Though they seem similar in the sense that they are both used as means exchange as it relate to purchase of items in SFI but their purchasing power does not seem to be the same.
TCurrency is invariably ones Local Currency converted. That is when one purchases Dollars which is the means of exchange in USA where SFI is based through a licensed local ECA with Local Currency, the Dollar is then converted to TCurrency because it is one of the means of exchange in some SFI transactions. TCurrency can therefore be used to purchase TCredit, pay for items won at the auction and purchase other items of interest at the TripleClicks stores.
TCredit is another means of exchange strictly for transactions in TripleClicks. TCredit can be bought with TCurrency but you cannot buy TCurrency with TCredit. You also use TCredit to participate in Pricebenders Auctions, play all games, Song of the month competition and complete some of your Daily To Do actions to earn VP. Aside form purchasing TCredit, you can win TCredit from participation in playing games and bidding at the auction.
I would conclude in saying that though they seem similar but their functions are distinct and different.

T-credits are popular mostly in auctions, has a vital role in every bidding conducted. While, the T-currency are used by sending gift certificates (cost 10$) as your reward for your new sign up affiliate, it is also based on what deal you have been setted up. In tripleclicks, t-currency can be used to buy any products in tripleclicks store. It can be used also as your freight fee on what you have ordered which requires trucking fee.
