To me I believe the two are necessary, because if you look at the magnitude of PSAs that we purchase and non is becoming active. I think if you can do offline recruitment it will help cushion the effect of lazy purchases PSAs that way you will be in face to face contact with your downlines. I hope this helps

Online!!, people must know that there is someone that is there for. This is a serious company, and the right thing is to leave a good impression. It is important that people see that you are there,That you are working and that you are ready to help them in every moment.Offline does not bring anything except giving up ...

where you leaved.Why? becaused
when online recruiting will you used
you need a min. of 5mbps internet
speed in your household to have
a better connection in the internet.
The affiliate is the important tool in
this question.Becaused the desire to
recruit offline or online. But both is the
best way...

thanks...

Offline and online recruiting are two ways that are necessary for growth in this business.

Some Affiliates come to this business already having previous experience in different methods of recruiting and may even have a Team built in another MLM or Network Marketing business. in this case it is possible for this Affiliate to refer many of his Team Members to SFI. I think that the best is offline recruitment because you personally know the person and you have a much closer relationship. Naturally you can friend and acquaintances recruit online with good results, but even there you have a personal relationship.Online recruitment is essential not personally and you must first build a relationship and this can take a long time. So I always recommend first asking all friends (also friends of Facebook, Twitter and other social platforms).
