Personally, company limitation to JUST 10 a2a friends in my opinion is not such a greater improve. I think that was better in the past when you could interact and have unlimited a2a friends to work with. That gave us and especially newbies better tool to grow their business. Of course we have better and good looking forum, but that is not enough.

But, if I focus on answering your question, of course you choose 10 friends, from which you feel and think you get best feedback about growing your business (sometimes those people are not just big leaders and experienced, but the opposite. As many great SFI leaders, from my experience, do not have so much time to interact and engage with SFI people who are not in their team)

To choose a friend, in general, it must has features to make it friend.
In SFI, I think we should choose friends with whom I can exchange information on TripleClicks or SFI: People who can give me ideas to improve my balance information and vice versa of course, people with whom we can discuss digital commerce astuses through TripleClicks or SFI.
