The best way to communicate with your downline is to simply ask them which way is the best way to keep it touch. You can't assume that just because they provided their email or phone that this means is the best way to reach them. Your goal is to build relationships with your team. Find out about them, about their lives and what they're looking to achieve with their SFI business. The goal is to keep them interested in their dreams and inspire them to keep pushing towards making it a reality.

Comunicate with them regurarly, encourage them regurarly, ask them questions, give them Informations, work with workers, give them compliment when they do something good, offer Gifts to the hard working ones, etc. The best way is when you call them and advice them through Skype. Personal Mails are also very omportant. I wish you good kuck!

Using your genealogy you can get results in your downline. One of the effective ways to communicate them is send e-mail ad to them w/ your inspiring massage about sfi home business online work to them.
send them e-cards also. Log in daily so that if they see you on line if they have inquiry they chat you using sfi chat room. Another way is that use your facebook page & search their name then ad request to him or her.

first of all, you have to start building a deep relationship with them, being cool and ready to answer any questions they may have.

The first communication that I achieve with my members is a welcome message that I send to his/her e-mail address. The next step is communication via the Facebook Inbox where I offer him/her assistance and cooperation and provide a brief explanation about the job. The most efective way is to use your PSA,CSA and GENEAOLOGY group maler to comunicate with them,send them messages every day nott just once a week or try to find and contact them on social networks i mean Facebook,Twitter,Pinterest,Yahoo talk,Gmail,Skype,Linkedin etc or u can comunicate with them on the cell phone with instant messaging if u are using a android mobile device,hope this answer is helpfull.
