There is only one thing that you can do for PSAs, and that's stay in the best possible contact with them. If they go completely inactive, and you can't contact them, there's literally nothing you can do. If you can talk with them, you might be able to find out the problem and come to their aid, but beyond that, there's very little else.
That's a good question, but the answer is clear. You can not do anything !!! Even if you're writing, you ask, you want to help and yet there is silence and no reaction, you can do nothing.
Everyone is entitled to their decision freely and so it is. If inactive person logs out, it is good sometimes to remind him of his options to continue. And to motivate him. Nothing else really do not. Even the gifts help. This is just a waste of money and a waste of time.
Perhaps the problem is that most people do not want to invest and wait half a year for the first intake. That is what deters most. They do not need the possibility of yet another job and is looking for something else .... and this program do not have time, sometimes temporarily, sometimes permanently.

First after signing up, first impressions matters, Usher them with exciting message about how SFI work and the benefits involved, make them understand what is uptainable that SFI is a long time investment. Impossible send the e.card, explain to him the important of to do list and how to carry out his daily action.
Secondly, initiate him by given him some TCredits let him bid in Pricebenders and play more games, when that is done he will felt that comes every day, unknown to him it takes a lot to happen

Hello.Thank you for a nice great question and also a big problem to sponsors with their team.SFI New developements and changes had introduced a new highly secure tools named Major new program for sponsors.It's called TCREDIT WELCOME, note TW manager.It's major function are for sponsors to give each new affiliates PSA,some amount of TC as a welcome aid,benefits to help them.The new affiliate can accept or refuse the offer and if they are not used the sponsor would have the TC back.The sponsor can set how many TC per day to give out.Read about this on SFI New Alert page for details.Today,SFI is really searching for new areas to aid and train all new members/old ones to the maxium level to benefit from global business.It's expansion are gaining roots deep all over the world.

All its members at the outset say that they must work and be persistent to get to their earnings. Be completely honest with them, communicate every day, praise them for every success, help them to understand the essence of the work, make them available for any kind of help, teach them to do what you're doing. Make sure that your follow. Explain to them why it is important to be active to do their daily, weekly, monthly tasks, tell them to set their own goals and strive to achieve them.
The mail reason can be you bought that PSA as a sign up for your down-line,,,This is a business that going on in this industry a big problem for newbies.what happening is people offer incentives to sign up and do 10 or few actions so in your end you see he or she is being active but after they done their actions they get small reword from the incentive-base advertiser so that is their business..those guaranteed sign ups just do that they go a exchange and they set up sign up and do some actions and they get reward or small incentive just like few cents so those sign ups never know how valuable sfi is they only looking for that small incentive and go inactive so we sending lots of email every week they never know and they have email just created for that so those buy psa or guaranteed psa not worth in my point... hope you got great secret tip and enjoy doing more other stuff and get success.. good luck!!

As a sponsor, our role is to provide guidance, support and give praise when our team members do well. If we are doing this, the rest is up to the team member. I would suggest to send your team member a message asking if they need help to guide them along in building a successful business. Then move on to your next team member. Then concentrate on your business building.

When this is the problem than u must contact them on every possible way and try to help them get back in action.
They must understand that money never comes over night,it comes butt only if they have a lot of luck.Try to encourage them by sending Gift Certificates to them or TC Credits,if this doesn't help,then contact them on their home,cell phone or email adress they left in SFI,talk with them and teach them how to be succesful in SFI.
