Those who started well in SFI are those that really mean business and they should be encouraged and helped. The best way to help people is to begin with them as friends guiding them every step of the way. When you suddenly discover that these active PSAs are no longer active or have become dormant, the you need to do the following:

Get their email address and phone numbers and give them a friendly call to speak with them the things that can encourage them to stay in sfi, one or two things

What you simply do is that you have to continue to keep to your own leadership responsibility. If PSAs who start well suddenly become completely inactive, send them messages but don't too waste your time with them.

Invest more into your business and others will take their place. They may come back again but by then other new affiliates most have crowded up your downline. Success is not dependent on anybody, if one didn't work out well, try the other.

Remember that you can still

Keep sending them your weekly team mail. You might want to send them an individual email stating that you are here to help them, but I would leave it at that. I get plenty of PSAs who earn 1000 VP the first day and are never heard from again. You can't let that bother you too much.

As Gery says, work with the workers. Keep signing up more PSAs, sooner or later you will get at least five who will duplicate what you do.

Best wishes.

Actually the best way is never to give up on them. Normally many new Affiliates don't know how good SFI is and they don't take time to learn so they give up before they are really in, others, they believe that SFI brings them success very fast and without working or doing anything. Let them try other business until they realise that nothing works without investing time and money. On top of that, they may find out that SFI is the best online business ever so, keep in contact with weekly news letters

This is a very good question. As we work hard to bring affiliates in SFI but we see that even not 1% affiliates are active because of they have no fund or time or they can not understand what is about SFI. We can send them team mail on regular basis if they are another part of the world. If they are in the same country we can call them through telephone and make them understand if they are from the same locality we can arrange a meeting and we can discuss about SFI.

We can send them email

It is in our training right here that you can take a cow to the well but you can't force it to drink water. Like in a marathon race, over a thousand runners may start the race but only few will make it to the finish line even if not as winners. same script here, we must create a working team to emerge an earning team.
Like I always use the chain to answer this SFI questions, you can consider such the weakest link in a chain and if you concentrate on them they pull you down or derail your focus.

Track their activity, use SFI IM or email chat to know their goals, you need to know their interest so that you can give them passion to stay active, when i joined SFI, i just take a great start but next month i realize that it is not about Daily Actions but several other actions are needed, during my two years in SFI, i almost everyday chat with my Team Leader to learn and understand her about my goals and about my positions, since then she support me well and i maintain my position. don't ignore

Hi, I have noticed the same with my team. I am trying to build a team however, in a few days they turned silent after a great start. Then, eventually opt out or remained silent. What I do is to do more follow ups with their personal emails. I believe that they will tend to take it for granted. so, in personal email I get an answer one or two, good enough. But one exciting and very fashionable to do is to follow them in a popular Social media account. I am somehow get satisfied with the responds

Hello Michelle,
When this happened to me, the first thing I did was to send an email to support, ask if it's all right, and then based on the response, I give all my technical support or moral because we each need to feel encouraged to work and in any case that life tests us .. we are persons not machines .. I have always given my support to all without distinction to anyone, we are all on the same level and each of us does what he can .. anyway I always try to give my entire availability,

You pose a great question. I'm certain this has happened to many Sponsors numerous times, even myself.

If your PSAs start hitting the ground running, that's great! But, if they slow down and run out of breath, keep encouraging them until you get the message through their heads. But, if they'd much rather throw in the towel and just be inactive, then continue coaching your active team members.
