To really know the role of TripleClicks Executive Pool in your compensation plan is to first understand what Tripleclicks Executive Pool is and how it works that way you'l know how it relates with your compensation plan.
TripleClicks Executive Pool is the profit that SFI makes every month and that they share with all affiliates all over the world and 40% of such profit is shared. How does it work?
It works everytime you earn versa points or matching vp. If you are lucky to be a fast tracker, you earn additional 10% of the Executive pool added to your account.
For every 1,500vp you earn, you get a $0.66 out of the Executive Pool.
So how does this relate to your compensation plan?
Your compensation plan deals with the benefits you receive as you rise in rank. So as you rise in rank, your compensation plan deepens and has it deepens so does your TripleClicks Executive Pool. I'l explain.
For instance, if you become a BTL, you will earn in the Executive Pool this way:
1. Your own versapoints of 3,000vp earns you $1.32
2. Your EA2s up to the 6th generation gives you an unlimited matching vp e.g you can have up to 4,096 EA2s or more down your line and that can fetch you a swooping $2,500 in the TripleClicks Executive Pool.

3. You earn also from every of your team who's in your rank as well. Another matching vp!
The more Team Leaders you have in your team, the more the duplication power earns more for you at the TripleClicks Executive Pool.
