for local training i guess invitation on some place for training is full with expenses, if you have good wealth then you can organize a public gathering for SFI Introduction / Training, but if you are not wealthy then better go to Skype or any other platform that can give you easy links on cheap rates, we are nowadays live in SMART PHONE era and at least everyone has a Smart Phone that can provide opportunity to talk everyone on Skype.

You want to do local training for your affiliates. How do you get them to come to your training sessions?
Well, invite them, how? Through Mails, calls or talking to them personally: Face to face. Arrange with them according to their Scedule the best days and hours possible to attend the Training. Tell them the important of the Training. If they really want to learn, are interested to be successful with SFI, they will keenly and excitedly attend all your Training sessions. Good luck!!!

If you can off them something that they need, then they will attend, especially if they are serious about their business.

Yes remember that you as the team leader need to set example for them ,how an you do so ,by being on online 24/7,that will help you communicate with them and that will encourage them to come your training sessions you have prepared for them , but please continue to remember that you need to set the example first.

To make them come are based on many factors which are:
1. How supportive have you been to them?
2. How have you been to them when they needed help most?
3. What's your relationship with them? Are you an awesome sponsor or a bad leader?
4. How knowledgeable are you in the business? Are you a success in the business? Does your badges speak about it?
5. Do you know more than them? The training session that you want to give to them, do they already know about them or is it the old training kit you just want to share? Do you have anything new you'l like to offer them?
People don't want to listen or follow outdated leaders or leaders that they are better off.
You see if you've doubts about the above factors, then their tendency to join will be Zero. You've not influence them enough. People want to follow leaders that they can trust and are better than them. They don't want to know how much you know BUT HOW MUCH YOU CARE and that's very important.
But if your answer is Yes: i am a good influence to them, an awesome sponsor. Have been there for them when needed most. You listen to their ideas and inspire and motivate them all the way and you are an updated SFI entrepreneur. An expert in the business. You can manoveur your way in the business and know the ups and downs and have become successful yourself, then i can assure you that they'l join and follow you all the way and EVERYWHERE that you may hold subsequent ones.
You've earned it by your relationship and attitude towards your team.
