Your affiliate page is the perfect record indicating your strengths and weaknesses, in the form of badges you've earned.
Just check which are the badges you've not earned, compared to both your sponsor and co-sponsor. Ask them to guide you also to secure those missing badges, and I'm sure they will guide you.
That is how you commence a dialogue and get a satisfactory response. In my guess, no TL in SFI will ever disappoint his down-line member.

With a good sponsor/ co sponsor, you can be greatly helped in building your business and your team as a good sponsor will encourage you, reassign PSAs to you when needed, give GC to boost you, show you his/ her secret on how he/ she is making it in her own business thereby minimizing mistakes or struggles. For my opinion, it is very important to have a Sponsor. A good Sponsor. A Sponsor can help you a lot at the beginning. You will get plenty of information at the beginning, and you'll probably not be able to understand everything. But your Sponsor will answer all your questions, and that will means you a lot in this moment. Co-Sponsor is similar like a Sponsor. Co-Sponsor are assigned by SFI Corporate. If your Sponsor is currently off line, you can ask your Co-Sponsor for help.
This is a serious business, so don't be embarrassed to ask a question.

A good sponsor or co-sponsor is a powerful advantage--a sponsor can offer incentives, training, and unique opportunities--but even when an affiliate has inattentive sponsors, it only takes reading and research for him or her to succeed. It's not particularly worrisome in the longer term, but if you can keep your sponsor's attentions, it's something potentially quite beneficial.

If we have good sponsor and co-sponsor than we could generate more and more income from SFI because if you sponsor good affiliate who are active with standing order than you will get 45% of direct commission and on their working you will get some small kind of income which is very useful to grow your business. And at the same time you will get 100 to 500 extra Action Versa Point if they become EA or any other Leadership rank because when we support them SFI give us on support some Extra Action VP and everybody know that what is the important of 100 to 500 Action versa point it help to increase you Versa Point and you could achieve some leader ship rank. In other word when our down line 3 to 4 PSA member are active that time you not only earn some money but you also don't have to invest money from your pocket because on their commission you could reinvest you commission money and could do your business. Same way when some active CSA will come to your down line you could earn extra income on their work and investment.

It's great to have either a good sponsor and/or co-sponsor, but you can be successful without one.
Just read and apply all the information provided here for you.

Hello Oliver.To build your successful job you sponsor is essential. The first person who will give you guidance is you sponsor , and therefore it is important to have contact with the sponsor and the co-sponsor.No matter how successful you sponsor or if you are connected you can learn from the up-lines even to his business become more successful than your sponsor. Your success does not depend on how good you sponsor, depends on you and your wishes to be an great sponsor.
