Cosponsor extended the hand of help in this business . CSA allocated by SFI are generally not aware that there is a cosponsor and that he can turn to for advice , suggestions and assistance . Beautiful cosponsora duty is to be warm and friendly to present their CSA , to offer him the cooperation and assistance when it is needed . If there is good cooperation with daddy, he opened his welcome and readiness for cooperation . Many are left on their own and not in the beginning on your own . Strolling and resign . Cosponsor has a pleasant task to facilitate the process of work , and commands him on the meaning of work . Especially satisfaction cosponsor if stray arms and CSA on the right track to success . I will use this metaphore to try to explain the logic of having good or bad sponsor. Imagine you have a car. You must drive it. You have the key to turn it on. But, you got to have a fuel. Sponsor is someone who can provide you some fuel, but you must ask your self - where you want to go? You must have a direction. Directions are goals. Your sponsor can't drive instead of you. Sponsor is just someone who can explain posibilitys of directions, and "traffic" situations. You are on your own. Sponsor can be important in start. But when you start... you must drive. You. Not your sponsor. Now GO! :)

A Sponser is like a father and the Co-Sponser like a morher in a Family. A strong Family has loving and caring parents who guids, protects and provides. Nice children listen to their parents and obey them because parents always mean and want best for their families so, it is very good to have Sponser and Co Sponser as SFI Affiliates and it is very advisable to listen and follow the guidance of our Team Leders!
Good sponsor is mirror of your good work. Due to him you earn your income, your status and he refers you to good source of information. If sponsor or co-sponsor are not well informed, not interested enough in doing his job you are going to be lost and you'll consider of quitting the job. He must lead you through every step and way of improvement your job. He must be online as much as he can so he can follow your work. Otherwise, he will harm both for you and his reputation.
It is very important for sfi business to have a good sponsor ,u can not do wonders in the beginning of ur sfi work,u should get enlightened slowly with consistence guidance provided by your sponsor and co sponsor, u can have regular contact with them by different means provided by sfi,understand about sfi activities to do with their guidance and u need to be persist and be confident and do the needful to get more versa points and get succeed with triple clicks,I hope it will help u
