The best way to use your Leadership Page (LP) to motivate and inspire your team is first, to include powerful contents that are very attractive, irresistible and memorable and second, to be able to attract them to visit your LP. Attracting your team members to visit your LP is very important because no matter how compelling and fantastic the contents are, it is useless if nobody sees or read them.

So how do you use it to motivate/inspire your team and how do you attract their attention to it?

1. HOW TO MOTIVATE AND INSPIRE YOUR TEAM MEMBERS USING YOUR LP

- Set up contests on a regular and consistent basis in order to create healthy competition in your team. Make sure you explicitly state the prizes to be won and desist from setting up contests that are impossible to win, so winning criteria have to be achievable and attainable. You should also make effort to give away prizes that are appropriate to and in conformity with the contest. It is very essential to fulfil all promises made regarding the contest, but at the same time do not forget to announce winners and corresponding prizes won in your LP.

- Use your LP as an alternative source for training your team members, so it is necessary to make appropriate use of the Blog section to discuss topics that will help build their respective businesses, for example, how to be an effective sponsor, how to create mind blowing advertisement content and places to advertise for good results, how to generate income in SFI, how to earn more VP, how to build a successful SFI business, discussion and analysis of important SFI news and updates.

- Recommend products selflessly in order to boost their respective businesses and give reasons for your recommendations, including your personal experience of the products and also use testimonials of other team members who have used similar products. Recommendations, personal experience and testimonials may all well gel together to make a good blog also, apart from highlighting the products in the 'I Recommend' tab of your LP.

-People appreciate praises and recognition, so use the appropriate tab to recognise your team members who achieve certain milestones. This is very inspiring and motivating to both recipients and others who will want such recognition.

-The online income business world and SFI in particular is very dynamic, so do not hesitate to always let out new and improved methods of doing business through the My Tips tab. Your team members will be willing to try them out because of the eagerness to try something new to achieve better result for their businesses.

2. ATTRACTING YOUR TEAM MEMBERS TO VISIT YOUR LP

Having set up a fantastic LP, your next challenge is getting your team members there, so here are some clues:

-All weekly news letters should not only include a link to your LP but also announce some of the contents you have included as mentioned in #1 above, for example, new tips and new blogs because there should be a compelling reason to click on the link and go through your LP.

-In addition to your weekly news letters, often use the Stream post to announce contests results/winners/prizes very briefly and request them to click on your LP link for details.

-Request team members who have powerful testimonials on certain products or methods to allow you use them on your LP and announce them through weekly messages or stream posts and again, provide your LP link for details. By this, your team members will have more confidence in your recommendations because of these testimonials.

-Reinforce your LP link by consistently exploring and using all necessary avenues to place your LP link, for example you can use it as signature in all stream posts to your team, newsletters, E-mails to your team etc.

In conclusion, it is important to mention that most members of your downline will not bother to visit your LP, much more go through the contents, so you must make consistent efforts to provide good value as a result of visiting your LP. 1. Keep your LP fresh with tips and suggestions for success.

2. If you have your own blog, you can include online marketing and affiliate marketing tips on your LP too, such as creative ways to advertise their SFI businesses.

3. When you send out your Team Mails, be sure to include a link to your LP in your signature and encourage them to visit your LP frequently. Remind them that there are posts on the LP blog that aren't sent out as Team Mails, so they should visit it at least once a week.

4. When you write your Team Mail message, copy and paste it into your LP blog too, that way new team members can visit and catch up on previous Team Mails that were sent out.

Communication is important and SFI helps its team leaders by giving them a blog to use, so remind your team in every mailing that your blog is there to help them.

1) I suggest that you write a short welcome note on your greeting page.

Make sure you add your picture to the page. This helps to qualify who you are and

2) Some suggestions I use on my Leadership Blog page.
Make sure to keep it updated with information each month.
You can write simple things as; how to get started in SFI, how to sponsor affiliates and

3) You can set up a contest on your Reward/Incentive page.
This is a good way to keep your PSAs and CSAs working.

b) Other ways to use the Rewards is to give T-Credits or Affiliate Reassignments.

5) The Recognition page allows you to recognize the workers, Team leaders, or Winners on your

I like your question very much, because I've noticed that Leadership Page is mostly neglected by Team Leaders. In my opinion, it shouldn't be like that, because our Leadership Page is a very strong tool for motivating and inspiring our downline.

Each affiliate's Leadership Page has six tabs (five of them showing to your team), so I'll talk about each one of them separately.

1. GREETING - I've started with this tab because this is the first thing your downline will notice when they visit your Leadership Page. Also, you can see and edit your greeting message in a separate tab, but your downline won't see this tab. They will see only the message at the top of your Leadership Page. Since the first impression is very often the most important one, make sure your greeting message is friendly, motivating, and encouraging your downline to contact you.

2. BLOG - This tab can be effectively used to motivate, inspire, but also educate your downline by periodically posting useful information, news, or sharing personal experience. In my opinion, a committed Team Leader should be posting on their Blog tab at least twice a month.

3. REWARDS & INCENTIVES - This tab is very useful for motivating your team to try even harder. Through this tab you can organize competitions, decide who can participate, and offer a reward for the winners. But make sure you can provide for all the rewards you promise. Otherwise, your competitions won't be taken seriously and won't have a purpose.

4. I RECOMMEND - This tab is used to promote SFI programs and services, TripleClicks products and ECAs you are connected with. In my opinion, Team Leaders should promote services and products they are using themselves, if they want their downline to follow them steps. Your team members can easily see whether you have a Standing Order placed or not or if you are a Wave3 member, just by looking at your badges. If you promote something you are not using yourself, your downline most likely won't trust you. So, as always, you should lead by your own example.

5. RECOGNITION - This tab is used to congratulate your affiliates for achieving success and reaching certain stepping stones. By putting their names on your Recognition tab you show them you recognize and appreciate their effort. You show them you care. Finally, everybody likes to be praised and appreciated, whether they have just started the business or they are in it for a long time.

6. MY BEST TIP - Share your tips and experience about SFI business with your team members. Tell them how you did it. This will show your downline that you care and want them to succeed too. Building trust is the most important thing if you want to motivate your downline.

In conclusion, SFI Leadership Page is a very useful tool for motivating your team, and everything you need to achieve this is located in the tabs. All we need to do is to pay more attention to Leadership Page and maintain it regularly.

2. Let your LP greeting be friendly and caring in its message. Use it to make yourself caring and approachable.
3. Fill it up with inspiring quotes and practical messages on how to navigate the business. This will help your new affiliate on how to go about the business without first consulting you. Let it be a step by step guidelines on how to go about the business and succeed.
4. Let your LP teach on the importance of investment and how to profit from it. It is not just about telling your team members to invest or to create a standing order, it is important to tell them too how to profit from it.
5. Let your LP also give ideas on advertising and marketing techniques that have helped you to build your business and its in SFI's juridiction.
6. Let your LP create contests/ incentives to encourage your team members. Do not let the contest be too hard to win, keep it simple and give the reward as promised.
7. Recognize your winners. People love to be recognized when they've achieved a milestone. Acknowledge your team members' achievements on your Leadership's Page and notify them in the Forum or through their personal email address or through your stream posts!

1. It's a great window to share our business knowledge gained thru our experience.
2. We need to introduce ourselves and assure our team members of our support thru Leadership Page.
3. We have to refer a few useful marketing, advertising, selling blogs. And ask them to share if they come across any such useful info which would be helpful in building our business together.
4. We should be real partner and treat them equally in sharing everything.
5. Marketing and selling techniques to be shared here to support the down line.

6. When practical marketing advertising strategies are discussed, when a true helping tendency is there, truly concerned about the down line, they also will have a great attachment with us and the down line will eagerly see the leadership page on a regular basis.
7. Training material can be prepared for the team and uploaded at regular intervals.
8. Content should be informative, simple practical steps, reader friendly, inspiring,interesting and
