Young people are impatient.
I may be rude, but I tell them that I do not believe that they will succeed because they are young and do not have long patient to be focused on something, especially when they need to wait for the results.
It is my way to challenge them.
I try to create a competitive spirit and that young person prove that I'm wrong.
Otherwise I think that young people have more wishes and needs of others and try to explain to them that their persistence will help you reach them.

First young people should be informed about this great deal SFI. Secondly must be taught, guided and supported. They need to know the whole system and ways SFI and business to business marketing. You must be open thirst for knowledge, the appreciate winning and climb in the hierarchy SFI.
They must be explained the strategy and methods of business promotion and how to see their SFI as his own business that develops.
