Apart from Gery, there are people in SFI that have moved up the ranks and have gained experience over the years and also have the knowledge to provide very good answers. I operate better one on one therefore for me it works better to promote it offline and help them as they go encouraging and acing the difficulties one by one. I find it not only builds their confidence in themselves, but it builds a healthy relationship and gives them a wide open door to build a strong foundation for starting their business.
