I think that is more important that you are in contac with your PSAs-on what way...Throug SFI is easy and faster but if you are not on SFI then you can contact them via email address, or they become your friends, then you can contact them directly.I thin that is more important to be in contact than on what way. You should be available to your PSAs in any time so he/she can contact you and ask for help or advice.
