With all the modern facilities available for translating into other languages why should you not try to recruit non English speakers.

Do you really want to restrict your advertising to English speaking countries only? I am sure I don't want to do that.

With an internet business the world is your oyster. Some of your best affiliates could well turn out to be non English speakers. Is there something inferior about them just because they can't speak English or is it the fear of having to translate emails you receive in a foreign language that causes you to ask this question?

If your ads go out in English and someone has bothered to translate it to their own language and then replied by signing up, then do they not deserve your attention?

You are in a world wide business so make the most of it and accept with gratitude any affiliate irrespective of race, religion or the language they speak.

yes and why not!
i am an example of this.English is not me mother language and i have very little knowledge about it but still i am doing online work.i think working in sfi does not require specific kind of experience an skill.it is one of the most simple and easiest job to do.any one who have little bit knowledge can do this there are no hard and fast rules to be expert in English would lead to success here in sfi.
you can teach them basics of this work in their language if they are local .even can arrange meetings to discuss your work
you can mail them about different products and your working strategies
translation tools option is also available.
in a global world we can not limit ourselve to one language.an English is also the international language .beauty of online business is it is beyond boundries ,culture or etc if you limit yourself to language issue maens your not going to get success in business so keep on recruiting people in sfi whether they know English or not .they will learn by the time.

Hi Vehbi - this is a very important and valid question

Personally, this is one of the main and unique elements in the SFI business - truly diversified and INTERNATIONAL. So, I would say YES, absolutely. The majority of my own affiliates and friends do not have English as a first language, I am an example of that :) - the built in SFI translator can be found at the bottom right hand side of every page and it is very powerful and effective. It also offers the opportunity to analyze various cultures, which is absolutely fascinating to me, and see what product, for example, is in demand in that specific country. Or the manner of communicating on business level for that culture. This is one of the most important and attractive attributes of the whole SFI system to me personally.

My answer would be yes. This is because like any other business you do not choose who your customers but all you need to do is try at all times and as much as you can to meet and satisfy the demand of your customer.

We are Lucky here at SFI because we can use translator to attend to all customers regardless of their language all we need to do is let them know how to translate the message into there language.

Lastly i am of the opinion that we should recruit all as we never know they could be among the most active team in our down line who will help us grow in the business.

Sure. Currently the only thing you need to be enrolled in SFI is to have an Internet connection, the best tool for all members not speaking English is Google translate. My language is Spanish and I can see that some pages of SFI can be improved translation into Spanish, but English translate a large majority of the messages and information is understood. For those members who do not speak English would say not Hechen ago, I use three methods to translate:

1) I copy the text to translate and stick it in a window of Google Translate (https://translate.google.es/).

2) Normally Internet browsers have the option to translate from English, this can sometimes help and sometimes not, but serves as a tool.

3) Most pages have their own translator SFI bottom right, pages there is this, I advise using it, but the pages are not advised to use any of the above two points.

SFI business is very simple. Who ever is serious to grow and win will certainly do it. It does not warrant hard work. But one has to perform smart work.

Let's just recollect SFI Rules of Success:

1. Become & Remain an EA every month;
2. Introduce 5 Strong & Active people;
3. Help them to do 1 and 2 above.

Its clear that Team Building is vital for any one to succeed.

By experience, we all know that only 1-2% out of 1000 we introduce will become serious and there is no guarantee how many will remain active for many years. To find the gem amongst the numerous stones will be a harder task to perform.

Such being the case, why should we create our own barriers while introducing people.

We are not recruiting people here. We try to develop our down line. Who ever becomes our Team Members are not our subordinates or employees. We are not employers. SFI defines every affiliate as an "Independent Contractor".

Our growth depends on the performance of our Team Members. As Sponsors, our job is to assist and support our team members consistently and inspire them through our own achievement and performance so that they will be motivated to remain & perform.

When Team Building is one of the key factors to succeed, lets keep doing it by spreading our messages through ads., etc across the globe. Not speaking/reading English should not be a constraint for any one to become an SFI Member today.

SFI provides translation facility. This can be fully utilized to communicate with team members who cannot read/speak English. Google and other sites provide translation facility free of cost. This can be used effectively amongst Team Members to build successful relationship, where ever necessary.

Conclusion:

Do not limit your opportunities to build your Team by going in for people who can read/speak English. SFI is an international business Organization. You will be assigned as a Co-Sponsor (If you are EA and above) to members from different countries. Its not necessary that they will speak/read English. In those instances, will you reject them or will you explore ways and means to support them? That determines your success.

Please keep multiplying your down lines by all means regularly. Do not restrict yourself. Let's keep SFI Business very simple!! Let's win with our Team!!

I do not speak English, I understand a little, use the translator
But with patience and application to read a lot of SFI, participate in the Forum and consult very ASK SC to better understand the mechanism SFI, and without anybody's help

You should recruit people no matter what language they speak/read.

If they speak and read english, then it would be easier for them of course. They can be independent.

If they don't speak or read english, but they speak the same language as you do (like Malay for me), then you may need to guide them in the beginning. You would need to translate for them the most important steps. That means the steps needed to collect their daily VPs and the marketing aids for them to use to refer even more people. Then you may need to explain to them in your own language the basics of SFI so that they don't mistakenly pass the wrong message to their own downlines once they do recruit people.

If you don't speak their language at all, well, that is what a2a is for! Guide them on how to find a friend in a2a that speaks their language.

I agree that it is a bit of a hassle, so it is actually up to you. It is your business. Do you want to limit your income potential because you don't want to go through all the hassle?

I believe that if you're recruiting via S-Builder or purchasing PSAs-to-go, you may get several team members whose first language is not English.

If you're doing your own advertising, depending on where you advertise, you may be able to target only English-speaking countries. But that might be to your disadvantage in the long run.

Those who are serious about building their businesses won't let language be a barrier to building their teams.

As you recruit new members, check their profiles to see what language is their primary. If it's something other than English, you may want to use a translation tool and send them messages in their primary language.

Ask them in the message if they prefer their primary language or English, and communicate with them using their preferred language.

You should certainly try to recruit everyone into SFI. It is in your best interest to recruit all and it's good for them too. Language really isn't the road block it once was. Translation pages are readily available where you can easily convert what you want to any language you want.

If you buy a PSA's to go package you will get PSA's from a wide assortment of countries and languages. I've started sorting these into language/region and reassigning them to my more active affiliates that share that language or country.

Recruiting people from everywhere will grow your down line like a world wide web. The bigger and more diverse you get, the better it will all start to fit together.
