First you have to realize that there are so many SFI affiliates advertising and that places like facebook ect,ect.... will not allow SFI gateways.
So if you have your own website,domain you would be more likely to be able to use those places to advertise and send the new people to the SFI gateways from your own site.Besides that you get to customize your site.

3. It is easy to find from people who want to see a good quality products.

Whatever is yours you have control over. You determine what goes and what don't. It gives you the leverage to carve your own niche on the internet, to establish your authority and presence. Nobody checkmates you, no restrictions except the ones you place on yourself.
