I personally like your topic, because as affiliates we all are here for same reason.
I think that is great decision to help learn from affiliates who have their own business, vs those just starting. Then it will be easier to assist them.
I like to do this because it also shows you who completed their profile. You can also leave a tip for the new affiliates.
Dupa parerea mea aceasta este o actiune utila dar care iti ia foarte mult timp.Important este ca scrisoarea sa i-o trimiti in mod eficient astfel incit PSA sa o si citeasca. Deci trebuie sa i-a trimiti separat si pe adresa de mail propriu sau sa ii dai un SMS daca are numar de telefon comunicat.
Ca sa fiu mai complect pina la momentul la care te convingi ca noul PSA iti citeste mesajele ar fi necesar chiar sa discuti direct cu el ( daca ai cum sa faci aceasta )

1. You as a sponsor/team leader will come to know who the affiliate is and their reason/s for joining SFI. You will become a better sponsor/team leader because you will have clearer understanding who the affiliate is and what their goals are;
2. The affiliate who reads the personalised letter will feel that you are sincere about their success as a business owner. Joining SFI is a big decision so the more that the affiliate feels welcome to the team the more likely he/she will want to pursue SFI in the long term.
