When a person joins SFI, things most important for him or her to do are to first understand the basics of the business by following these steps.

1. Go to this URL and watch start up VIDEO https://www.sfimg.com/start

2. Read SFI BASICS and thoroughly understand it.

3. Complete all start-up action in TO DO LIST

4. Read the LAUNCHPAD lessons.

When a person joins SFI here is the link he or she should open: -

https://www.sfimg.com/Home?tab=to-do_list. The first thing to do is click on the link, then log in with your SFI ID number or the email address you registered with, and enter your password. A lot of people shy away because they are overwhelmed and confused.

When you login you will see your SFI Homepage, e.g., AY’s HOMEPAGE. Beneath you see boxes with following written inside:-

Alert, To-do-list, Tips, Stream, TripleClicks, Scoreboard, a2a, Movers, Growth, Goals, ASK SC and WIN IT, highlighted in red, except WIN IT in blue color. Click on each box to open it, you scroll down to the bottom you see another Blue Box blue with (I have reviewed the information on this page) click on it after reading through. Points are awarded as you do so.

Then go back and click to-do-list and scroll down read as you do so for guidance on what to do. You will see GET STARTED ACTION: click the blue e.g., Confirm your registration, whitelistemail , complete your profile etc. For following SFI on Twitter, Following TripleClicks on Twitter, click like to like SFI & TripleClicks on Face book, For reading about the SFI page, etc when you click it will open another page by the upper right hand you will see a (lemonVshape with figure ascribed inside) you click on it to earn the figure there, but make sure you read, those are the things to help you on how to grow in SFI.

Same rule applies to DAILY ACTIONS. WEEKLY ACTIONS, MONTHLY ACTIONS till you get to IMMEDIATE ACTION.

Under where you have your picture you will see SFI Basics written inside a blue box it is a must read not one day job but a continuous process. Beside it is LUANCHPAD written inside lemon box click on it every day you have one assignment to read every day for 30 days at the end you answer the quiz and you get the versa points during those periods of time. They are very
educative guidelines to help you understand SFI operations, rules and regulations.

1. The most important is to share their alternate contact details. Mail ids, phone numbers if from the own country.
2. They’ve to be in contact to get support, any important information.

11. They need to complete all the other Getting started actions. This alone will get them 745 VPs.
12. They can complete reading/reviewing activities under Intermediate actions at the To-do-list. This will get them 200 VPs.
13. They can have fun and earn 15 VPs by creating and uploading their avatar at TripleClicks.
14. They need to understand the very essence of this business-our own store-TripleClicks.
15. They need to understand the importance of daily logging in and doing the daily actions and get 12 VPs and Daily VP streak badge.

17. They should learn SFI Basics and act upon that.
18. They should learn lessons from Launch Pad.

When a person joins SFI as your PSA it is most important for you as there sponsor to connect with them and offer your help and guidance. Let them know you will be here for them in every step. Tell them it is most important for them to read the "Start", "SFI Basics", then start the "Launchpad" lessons. All of these will give them a lot of valuable information they will need to get started. Then have them make sure to log in every day and complete there "To do list" for there daily, weekly, and monthly VP. Let them also know about the free training that is also available to them. This will help them to learn as much as they can. And always wish them luck with their new business.

Advise them in your welcome letter to proceed to Start, SFI Basics and Launchpad lessons before they do much else. Structures are easier built and maintained when they start from sound foundations.

And the New Member Pack (NMP) is one of the best building blocks to steer your new affiliates toward. This one purchase will benefit them in many important ways and stays in effect as long as they are members of SFI!!

I believe the reason why he/she joins SFI is to be financially free, to be wealthy or to stay out of debts. well, as far as SFI is concerned, for you to be successful you must follow the ROS which is simple as this. Become an EA by accumulating VersaPoints(VP) as much as you can and maintaining the EA status in your Second month, by setting up a Standing Order of 1500 VP or more. and can even become a Team Leader if he/her wishes.
so at third month he/she should have get familiar with The ins and outs of SFI so he/she is suppose to start Sponsoring new affiliates by creating a blog, or joining a Co-op or even purchasing PSAs to go. so as to be able to build a Strong team. after you might have atleast 5 active PSAs, you should be able to teach your PSAs the power of duplication, sponsoring new affiliates, and the benefits of becoming an EA and Maintaining The EA status Monthly.
by so doing you are sure way to the top.

First thing first, they need to feel welcomed to the company,

after sending them a greeting email,

make sure they finish the registration process properly

The most important thing for new affiliate is to log in every day, do daily to do list and read all available material about our job,

second most important thing they have to do is to understand what are we doing

that this is not one of those affiliate programs where you can make money over night

that it takes time and effort to succeed.

Be there for them, make them go further, make them aim high.

I would say your 1st priority would be to complete your profile and do enough to earn your fast track badge.

Once you have that I would say slow down and get to know the business by doing your Launchpad lessons - with the goal to learn - not just to earn VP.
If you have a question contact your sponsor and ask or go through the website and find the answer yourself.

One of the start-up actions is a commitment message to your sponsor - but I would say before you send that message to your sponsor go and stand in front of a mirror and take a good honest look at yourself. Are you prepared to invest your time and energy and maybe later your money to grow your business?
Write out a commitment message to yourself - if you can not commit to yourself you do not belong here.
