When new members join, you need to let them know to login and view their basic and launchpad tabs daily. To finish their profile page, upload a picture and set goals. Don't rush through everything. There is a lot of information being offered. Inform new members to explore SFI and Triple Clicks. Most important let them know they can contact you when they need help.

Now...here is the catch: As "old hands" in SFI, we sometimes assume that the new Affiliates will just know what VP (Versapoints) mean, and that is not the case. As leaders, we must explain to them that Versapoints mean. VersaPoints is the "virtual money unit" used by SFI to calculate commissions.
