Customer is the king.
We’ve to recommend the product or service to serve their interest or want.
We must not push the product.
We should be confident and that confidence level should be transferred to the customer. We need to tell about our company’s successful completion of years- 17 years, parent company completed 30 years, 15 million people around world are involved, 203 countries, 4141 ECAs,91,555 products, an additional few hundred products added up daily, 115 Local Pay merchants, secured site with a Pay Pal facility, Payoneer debit card. We should add up every strength and value of our company. This will develop the belief of the customer. We need to represent our company properly.
We should not sell the product, in fact, we need to sell the features of the product, and the product will get sold automatically.
We need to tell stories with emotions, about how our past customers felt about the products, how their lives changed, easier, time-saving, more enjoyable etc.
Our conversation should be real and casual as if we would be talking with our own family members or friends. Should not be too much excited.
We should not have any stress, anger, any negative emotions. That will reflect our success status. When we show any negative emotions, any one could easily judge that we’re not happy with what we do.
Maintain a good mood, balanced mood always.
Develop a good rapport. If they are not buying our product now, or not joining with us now, does not matter. In future they might change their mind.
Have to be honest and transparent with our words, communication, follow up, time, service, and quality. After sales calls to check with them, to get their feedback. This will help to give better service and future orders too.
In case when we are not clear about something, we need to tell them that we’ll get back to them sooner, and get the proper information thru our site, our up line leaders, ask SC, forum, support etc. We must not give any improper information.
