ECA is an acronym for E-Commerce Associate. The program allows commercial sellers and companies of all kinds, from around the world, to market their products and services side-by-side with TripleClicks own products and services.

SFI has given us different ways for us to reach our downlines and indeed, the whole of our SFI/TripleClicks community. We have;

1. Stream post

2. Team mail

3. and others

I owned an ECA, but i have never promoted my ECA store's product directly to my downlines for obvious reasons. I don't want to be seen as a self centered teeam leader. Normally, your downlines see your ECA's TConnect streams.You should post streams about an item you sold and other items you wish to list or have listed.

Also once in a while, you could ask your downline to take a look at your ECA store and help you make suggestions as to how you can improve your store. In that way, it is possible that your downlines may see one or two items they may like.

I suggest you don't bother your downlines too much with your ECA store as that could prove counter productive. We have more than 0ne million TripleClicks members who are interested in your ECA store's product. Rather than narrow your market to your downline, look at the braoder picutre...the world!

In your PSA/CSA mailer, explain about the ECA Program in brief, the benefits of becoming an ECA by themselves and sponsoring ECAs. If they are interested to start an ECA store, invite them to visit your own ECA store for a look (Provide your ECA Store's link).

Explain that as a member of your team, they can also promote your store or individual product to earn 45% CV and valuable VP, too. Ask them to check if they are interested in any of the products listed at present. If no, suggest some products they need or planning to buy soon to help you procure and list it in your store. Say that you are thankful to them if they provide suggestions to improve your store.

1. have a good knowledge and good communication.
2. Availability of Products
3. The Speciality of the Products
4. Quality of Products
5. Cost of the product in minimum
6. Delivery Time of the Products
7. Advantage of Buying from your ECA and other local Stores
8. Good service
9. Advertise your Product clearly
most important thing is relationship between you and your down lines and how you lead your down line. If your relationship is like friend then, tell them about yours ECA stores benefits and service.

The way to promote is to consider the following point:
1.First build a cordial relationship with your downliners. you call it Customer Friendliness/ experience. Every successful Entrepreneur has succeeded through this platform. why? because they are the determinant factor of how sales come to your direction
2. You have to consider what you are selling. if what you are selling does not meet their needs, they won't patronize you. meet their needs through what you are selling
3. Consider your offers? can they afford the price? have you considered the shipping fee for you international affiliates? you must consider all these before fixing prices. However, put in prices that they can afford and at the same time would favour you.
4. Consider your ECA's mission statement. what do i mean? every business has a purpose and a service that they are rendering. what is it in a nut shell? that is your mission statement e.g Coca Cola mission Statement is Coca Cola for everyone. so do you have one? that is what summarizes every thing about your ECA store at a glance, that will determine whether you will be patronized or not
5. Do you have a discount for items bought at a certain price? This is to make you favourable above other competitors
6. What is your Sales Letter saying? This is what you write about your ECA Store at your Tconnect page. A sales letter describes your store and the call to action
7. When you have done the above then notify your downliners via your signature when you send them an E card or a newsletter.
8. Does it benefit them? if it does, they will keep coming! don't let it surround you but let it surround the advantages of your store to them . let it be so that they wiil see your store more preferable that others because it meets their need and you are customerly friendly

I assume you are asking about your own store, since
you are an ECA associate.
First you have to know their desire what they wanted
to do in their business.Not everyone has an interest
to be a merchant.

Even if they do I don’t think it is right to market
your items to your down lines,It is not any difference
than pushing someone to have a standing order, when
They are not ready to take that step yet.

All what you need to do is, find their niche. And if
you find out that they want to be an ECA like you,
Tell them that you are an ECA associate and willing
to teach them the in and out of the business , without
asking them to market or purchase your products.

If they have a need to your product , they will get it

Should that not succeed then you're silently advertising your products to them and they might end up buying from your store. You can entice them by offering promotional offers like allocating them Tcredits for a certain amount of purchases made. You could also allocate the member with the highest purchases PSAS. These incentives could go a long way in promoting your ECA store products.

The best way that will even motivate and encourage them, is to show them, and share your results for doing that. That is why it is important to lead by example.

Buying from your ECA store

Every ECA is provided with the facility to get connected with the people. Please ask them to click on “Connect with this ECA”. They will get connected to your ECA store.
Your down line will receive messages at the TConnect page on any updates, newly added products, discounts, offers, price changes etc.
Whatever changes you do at your ECA, they can see at TConnect page, or at the “Stream” tab- ECA news feed- at their SFI home page.
Your down line can click on the name of your ECA store, from the “Stream” tab, they will be taken to your ECA store. They can select and buy any product from your ECA store, as they normally do with any purchase.

Or they can browse with your store id as below and buy products, after logging in as usual with their TripleClicks id, so that your down line also will get benefitted by buying products from your ECA.

It will really depend on whether your affiliates believe your products offer good value or not. It will also depend on what your shipping charges are going to be.

While your products may be good value in your country of residence it may not be such good value elsewhere, especially if there will be shipping charges.

I rarely buy from ECAs unless it is e-products that will not involve shipping charges. I find the shipping charges along with the product outweigh the price I would normally pay for the products.

If your products represent good value for money then you should have no trouble in getting your affiliates to buy and/or promote and sell them. It will really be down to the fact of them having contacts that may be interested in your products.

The best way to promote your ECA store to your down-line is to write
a team letter explaining how you set up your store.

Offer to help them set up their store.Then explain that if they are not ready for their own store,would they like to put a link for your store at the end of their ads for Tripleclicks?

Put the link to your store into the post after explaining.

Title the team letter How I Set Up My Store.

This is more relaxed and not pushy.
